Rocky River Coffee Company

I am an expresso person but Liked the coffee they recommended which was house Carolina morning. Bagel cream cheese was regular but the egg n cheese croissant was worth the try.

I was visiting a friend in NC, and we went here every morning! Coffee was outstanding, and the cookies were delicious. I brought one home with me!

Service here is hit or miss. And their coffee isn't so great either. Their food on the other hand is pretty good.

I can't remember ever being disappointed in a drink from here. And I certainly can't say that from many Starbucks experiences. It's such a great local spot!

Stopped by finally after so long, mad I waited. I could have had an awesome coffee shop all along. Don't be like me, stop by today!

I’m sad to write this review because I truly love Rocky River Coffee Co. However, the last few times I’ve visited, a few of their younger employees had been lacking in the customer service department. Things such as not greeting customers with a smile or making them feel welcomed, looking unhappy or annoyed to be there, using no manners (you’re welcome, thank you, or even a “sorry for making you wait”), gossiping to other employees behind the counter, and just really having no sense of self-awareness. I have to believe a lot of this is probably related to immaturity and a lack of training. I get this isn’t a 5-star restaurant, but the employees here could definitely do a better job of being more friendly to their customers and acting professional in the workplace.

Very great local spot with tasty coffee, the pastry selection is great and Fresh!

The staff is very energetic and definitely adds to a great experience.

Cute and delicious! We got ice cream, coffees, and cookies and everything was perfect. Nice outdoor space as well!

Lots of cozy seating, good coffee. Breakfast burritos and bagels are tasty. Outdoor seating is also available.

Cute local coffee shop. I got a salted caramel latte and it was awesome. My adult kids each got a frappe which they said were very good too. Very friendly atmosphere and quick service. They were pretty busy but I was still served quickly. Prices were good too!
