Smashed Waffles

Incredible experience from start to finish. The employee that I dealt with up front took my order generously and quickly. After finishing up with that and attempting to pay, the machine was having an issue processing the payment. With quick action from her and another employee, we were all able to get it sorted out quickly and easily. This all was good enough to give a good review in my experience but to top it all off, the waffles were incredible. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and will definitely be back to try their dessert waffles!

Beautiful aesthetic! Love the food! I literally go there at least once a week, and it’s not to sweet. I love their lattes and their “waffle whiches” are an incredible combination of flavor. Parking sometimes is limited on the weekends when it’s late and the breweries are open, but still definitely worth it! Also they deliver🤗

Went in with 2 adults and two children. The total was around $25. Everything was really really good. The kids loved the pizza waffle! And the chicken,bacon, cheese waffle was amazing as well!!!

If your just want to stop in for coffee, they have lattes and such for cheaper than you would pay at a Starbucks or another chain.

Now the main thing here is desserts, but we came here for lunch, and were very pleased.

Kids love this place. Having moved from Greenville I wish we had stayed with all the new family friendly things downtown. Smash is one of them. We get the kids the minis which can come in a simple 6 pack to split up. The coffee is great. The staff is always upbeat and personable. Our last venture there was fantastic as the staff kept our kids entertained during a slow period while we got to enjoy our waffles and coffee.

I have visited smash waffles a bunch of times to grab a dozen or 2 dozen waffles. I can pick which ones I want and I want them all! I sometimes get a dozen to bring home to my family but usually I get a dozen or 2 to bring into work as a cheerful breakfast for my co workers and I. The waffles are amazing! Creative and delicious! The waffles have been made right in front of me which I think is cool to watch they come out hot fresh and amazing! Smash waffles is one of a kind! I’m so happy and grateful that the owners brought something unique to Greenville and really worked hard to perfect their business and constantly bringing new waffles to their customers! Cheers to them! Gosh now I’m craving smash waffles...

Food was fine, but the employees on Labor Day were openly and loudly complaining about the not being tipped by the family before us. Acting as though they were entitled to a tip. This caused us to not tip as well. They were clearly treating us different afterwards as well as my girlfriend hearing the cook utter “ass hole” afterwards. Frankly, we felt uncomfortable in the whole situation and more than likely won’t be returning. I have no problem tipping when I go out to restaurants and places where I’m being waited on but to openly talk bad about customers not tipping in front of other customers just shows bad customer service. I don’t know why the other family didn’t tip, maybe it was due to the poor service and rude employees.

Extremely dissatisfied, everything is frozen, the waffles are flavorless. The sandwiches are too expensive for what they are and how they taste. If you have any taste buds you will most likely feel the same way. Also this place not baby friendly as there are no changing tables in the restroom. The staff was nice but the food and coffee was horrible.

Delivery experience only, but delivery times have always been prompt and sometimes have been early. When a small addition to my order was missed, before I even realized it wasn't there, I received a message saying they had refunded me for the cost of the missed item.

The sausage egg and cheese waffle sandwich was amazinggg~ like a much higher quality sausage egg cheese from mcdonalds, the waffles work great savory with cheese.
Their special lattes are tasty, and while the waffles might be a little more than you would pay for waffles at a regular breakfast place, the quality of the batter is great and the toppings options are nice (it would be nice to find out where they post what the weekly rotating flavors are though, I havent been able to find it)
All in all, a nice treat every now and then for those who like this kind of waffle style
