We went in fairly late in the day but still managed to find some yummy pastries (coffee cake and savoury bread pudding) and crusty baguette to enjoy. The Americano here was great - best coffee I've had in some time.

I'm looking forward to coming again a bit closer to opening time so I can sample some more of this goodness.

Its pricey and worth every single penny.....rating it 6 stars. Made the mistake of having a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie along with the wife and $49 later we walked out. Blueberry and goatcheese scone is amazing with the rest of their goodies. Their bread is fantastic as well especially their baugette. The 5.0 rating is no fluke.......

Oat milk cappuccino was delicious - not an easy drink to find to begin with and they make a great one! Bread is great, baked goods are to die for (their cruffins and chocolate chip cookies!!!!). If we lived here, we’d be regulars!

Exactly the bakery Western NC needs; inviting atmosphere, excellent attention to detail, and the bread/baked items are incredible. They even have vegan options(!!!), which is HUGE since the vegan food west of Asheville is often pretty sad. I adore this place and cannot wait to continue going here!

Hands down the best baked goods in western NC, possibly in the Southeast. The breads, muffins, cakes, and everything else are all top-notch and made with care right here in Franklin. You won't find better offerings in Asheville or Atlanta, so I'm looking forward to the inevitable expanded business hours once they're fully up and running.

Very cute small bake shop in the side of an old house. Pleasant staff, delicious breads and cookies. Baguette was excellent with perfect crust. Limited hours at present though don't know if that will change. What a surprise find!

Everything was great and the service even better. Not sure of the girls name working the counter but she was super pleasant and helpful.

Great place to sit and chat with friends while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee and a baked good. Very cozy inside with many different rooms to sit and relax. They also have an outdoor sitting area. You need to stop by and check out their goodies!!!
