I love Bent Willow! Very cute and fantastically decorated. Love it's selection with excellent pastries, coffees, and bakery items!! Adds a lot of much needed character to Franklin and I hope to see more cool places like this!!

Today was my first visit, I'm from out of town. The girls at the front weren't focused on customer service, not much eye contact, no assistance with what they offer. You're on your here own it seems. Most places we've visited ask if it's your first visit and make suggestions. I walked out feeling half satisfied with my purchase and I am leaving town. However, the pastries are fantastic! Very flavorful, flaky, fresh and buttery where required. Would have purchased more items/merch too, if I'd known how things work/what's completely available. Perhaps encourage staff to offer suggestions etc? Cute place though, worth the visit regardless. Will be back :)

One of the best stops you could possibly make, or frequent, not only in Franklin but all of WNC. Their bread is out of this world, pastries are beyond words, coffee is delicious and service is impeccable. They are doing something truly remarkable here and it shows. They take every detail into consideration. It is a special place to say the least and you are certain to always leave satisfied. Or more likely, ecstatic.

WOW, The Honey Wheat Sandwich loaf is truly Amazing.

This was my first time stopping by Bent Willow Baking. It was later in the afternoon. They were busy but not over crowded. If you love fresh bake bread and amazing whole wheat bread like I do you have to give this bakery a try. My turkey sandwich never had it so good!

The staff was friendly, helpful and extreamly knowedgable. It is located in a older renevated house which is truly a treasure to behold.

My main tip would be get there early, like when the door opens for the best selections of baked goods. This has to be the best bakery in Franklin, NC! It is a must try!

This is the cutest coffee shop/bakery in the Franklin area! You can’t help but want to take pictures of every room. The baked goods are fabulous and the coffee was delicious! I just wish they were open on Sunday's too but I understand because they deserve a day off from baking and brewing coffee. It’s so comfy and cozy that you can easily spend hours there. Definitely check this spot out if you’re in the area!!!

Bent Willow Baking Co has amazing sweet treats, cookies, and baked bread. They are my favorite spot for espresso in the county, bar none. The espresso has great acidity and texture which shows their appreciation for the drink.

This is a wonderful bakery ! the owner is amazing also the employees. Oh! the bread is the best ever.😍

Just ordered yesterday with DoorDash and let me tell you they have some of the most delicious pastries I have had especially their brair patch espresso drink was so good I wanted to hop in my car and drive down and get two more! I did call them to make a suggestion to have some lids for their drinks that are completely sealed off when delivering and they were so open to it! Will definitely be ordering again❤️
