I love this place! My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and the guy that worked here was great! Took his time with us and showed us how things are made. Absolutely wonderful customer service!!! Can’t wait to come back again!

This is a great place to worsen a sweet tooth or quench your thirst for coffee lol. The young man (sweet redhead) who rang us up was very patient with our indecisiveness.
I'll definitely visit this chocolate lover heaven again 🤗

The staff are pretty friendly and they have this huge marmaduke type dog that greets you as you enter. He is very sweet and friendly. The chocolate is ok but overpriced for the quality.

This place is great. As soon as you walk in, you are surrounded by such awesome smells. Chocolate candies and such. Chocolate espresso beans, it'll be hard to make a decision on what you want first.

I ordered fudge , bridge mix and a few other items online. The fudge was ok but the bridge mix was not that good. I wouldn't of minded but it was very expensive and shipping was very expensive too. I wont be ordering again.

SNAPSHOT = details below - this place is good. Nice selection of beef, buffalo and other jerkies. Tons of chocolate and ☕
We came to Dillsboro on the Great Smokey Mountains Railway on a Monday so every spot for lunch was closed except Kosta's Family Kitchen. Many people on the train tried to go there during the short stop-over so a 25 minute wait nixed that option.
Sign outside said Dillsboro Chocolate offered coffee and "foods." Figured this would be something vs. nothing.
The non-chocolate food offerings amounted to the selection of jerkies.
Great option for a snack since hotdogs or pretzels on the train are a no-go diet wise.
Coffee was good. My daughter had the caramel frappe. She said it was as good as Starbucks only lacked the caramel drizzle.
Barista was nice and she had heavy cream for my Americano.

Excellent speciality coffee with an excellent selection of handcrafted chocolate treats. The always friendly and helpful staff makes this a must stop for is on any of our trips nearby

Save your money and go to French Broad instead. The truffles are more expensive here and all taste the same! I couldn't tell the difference between the 4 kinds I ordered. Like everything else in Dillsboro, a totally overpriced tourist trap.

Everything looks beautifully good! We tried a variety of chocolates and they were all good! Very nice customer service

They offer lots of variety of chocolate, they offer low sugar. But the last time.we bought it was not very good. Like rubber.
