Great local place to get a sweet treat and a gourmet coffee. We bought slice of cake, a Breve and a smoothie then sat on outside for some relaxing conversation. We will definitely be back to try another delicious bakery treat. The variety of treats are numerous and the cake slices are huge.

Brought my family here today & we absolutely loved it. I had cotton candy ice cream, which was very delicious. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the employee at the register was friendly, the prices are reasonable & the location is perfect, which is tucked right next to the best park in Gaston county. Will definitely be returning soon.

The owner has studied coffee and the making of excellent coffee and coffee drinks to pwrfect his craft. Nice variety on menu. Also serves ice cream and some breakfast pastries and lunch items. Great atmosphere. Friendly owners and staff. Always feel welcome whether grabbing a quick espresso to go or sitting a spell with my computer.

Love this place. They make great beverages. They have a couple small rooms where you can study/work. They are right by Goat Island Park, and they have tables out back by the river. I've tried a couple of their deserts before - they weren't great. But they switch the selection often, purchasing from local bakers. Definitely recommend.

My fiance and a friend stopped by about two hours before they opened, unaware of the hours. We decided to sit outside and talk since we were already there. And to our surprise the owner (I'm assuming) was there early to clean and invited us in. He let us order and made our drinks for us (which were delicious, by the way!) and chatted with us for a while. He went out of his way to show courtesy to us. Very friendly and the place was very clean and the eclectic layout made for a very comfy and cozy atmosphere! We'll definitely be back and I would reccomend this place if you want to stray away from the chain coffee shops.

This is a really cute and comfy, "southern-kitchen" looking cafe. They have delicious pastries and coffee, however they are NOT a patisserie so please do not expect a lot of options in the way of their pastries. They also have a lot of really neat and unique coffee selections.

F&B is a small town coffee shop with legendary service. They offer a little something for everyone. Other than coffee, they also serve Hershey's ice cream and pastries. My kids love their milkshakes! It's perfectly located right next to Goat Island Park and the South Fork River. A great place to stop in on a hot summer day for a milkshake, frappe or smoothie before/after visiting the park or kayaking. The staff are wonderful and friendly. It's also a great little hangout spot to unwind with friends.

I don't think that you can find a better milkshake around than here. Coffee and pastries are also really good. Sometimes, they have Keto sweets as well which is great when I'm on my diet. Definitely worth a stop.

Awesome little hangout spot that serves great coffee. Friendly staff great ambiance and nice outdoor seating. Plus right beside the river and Goat Island Park. They also have a great variety of Hershey ice cream that my daughters and I get at least once a week

The people are very friendly. I had a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel and it was delicious. Chatted with Kathy, one of the owners, and had a great conversation. Great views and right next to Goat Island Park. You can even rent kayaks there.
