Floyd & Blackie's

Yesterday was my first experience with F&B. The ladies in the front taking orders were great! I ordered a hash brown bowl, but I was given grits. The lady bringing the food out just shrugged, said they were out of hash browns, and walked away. No one offered me the opportunity to order something different or possibly get a refund…it was bizarre. The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because the coffee was unbelievably good.

I'm an Uber driver and I stopped and gave the owner a ride he was a awesome person to talk to he's got a great business of coffee is fantastic and so is the cheesecake

A unique place! Creative use of a house and so nice to have individual rooms where people can meet together and have good, uninterrupted conversation. Great, friendly service. Staff was not rushed and took their time with our questions which I greatly appreciate (although customers behind us probably don't!). Chai was divine. Not too sweet. Breakfast hash brown bowl was delicious. Potatoes done to perfection.

I’ve been coming here since I was in high school many years ago. It is still by far my favorite coffee shop in the area! They always provide the best customer service and delicious coffee! They have a large variety of ice cream/milkshake options and bakery items as well.

Blatantly overcharged for both items. My sister asked how much their brownie was and the kid behind the counter said $4.29. The one scoop ice cream should have cost $2.79. I got outside and looked at my receipt. The prices were jacked up. When I went back in for an explanation the same kid that rang us up and lied about the cost grinned and said it was for inflation. I told him they needed to disclose it. Reflect that in the prices on the board and what he quoted. He said they were going to change it when their new store opened across the street. He said there was a sign up but couldn't produce it when I asked where it was. A jackass resident tried to defend him by saying he goes there everyday and showed me where it "ALWAYS SITS ON THE COUNTER". That defense didn't sit well with me because it was NOT THERE. Too bad because the little town could be a whole lot more if it had any worthy businesses and was properly managed.

Floyd & Blackie's is my new favorite spot! Each time I have gone someone has jumped up to open the door for me to help me through with my stroller. The employees have always been very cheerful, sweet and provided quick service. I love the small town feel of the atmosphere and sitting out by the water next to Goat's island. I have loved all of the drinks I have purchased and look forward to trying the food!

Love their coffee. Get a scoop of ice cream affogatto!

Ice cream and coffee was so good! The town is so cute and it's right on the river!!

Lovely coffee and non coffee drink options as well as breakfast and lunch food! This is a great morning study spot!

The ice cream is HORRIBLE ! I am appalled by how many people giving this place 5 stars. The workers there were very nice! But the ice cream was stale, tasteless. I mean, I wish I could give zero stars. $15 wasted.
