Great coffee when it is open. If you say you are open until 5pm and someone stops by at 4:50 and the door says closed and someone is working inside then why not change your hours to 4:50pm. Great coffee but every time we are in town we can only order half as often as we would like because they are always closed.

Discovered Qualla Java during the pandemic in 2020. We return every summer to the Smokey Mountains and look forward to our cup (s) of coffee. Locally roasted and brewed. A family favorite for picking up something before a day trip or sitting back and relaxing with a good book.

I visited in December for vacation and I loved their coffee so much, I bought a pound of their beans. It's so good that when I went back home to Florida, I had to start buying online! Best coffee ever! Employees and manager are super nice. They also helped me with my order.

The coffee was okay. The milk used tasted like almond milk not real milk.The staff seemed to great the "locals" very friendly but not so much us visitors. Not one smile or friendly greeting g from any staff. I am at least 3/4 Cherokee myself and am trying to connect with my mother's side of her ancestry. Not a good look.

Many different choices to choose from. Prices are high. My biggest issue is the sign on the door. No shoes, no shirt, no mask, no service. While I was waiting on my coffee I used the restroom. Soap dispenser top was off and someone added water to the bottle. Used the paper towel to open the door but no trash can outside the door.
