Coco and the Director

The pastries were delicious and amazing atmosphere. Very calm and soothing. The service was very nice. The pour over coffee takes a lot longer than I'm used to, but tasted good. Cannot express how good the pastries were. Highly recommend the Mexican chocolate.

This is a 5 star coffee shop, this is also a work environment, this is also very relaxing. Oh the espresso is really interesting, has a nice nutty flavor. This is a must go.

Love this place. If I lived in Charlotte I would hang out here all the time. They are connected to the Marriot hotel and it was very convenient. The atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable. They even have meeting space In the back. The service was very friendly and helpful with menus selections. The coffee was really good. I tried two of their cronuts and they were amazing. I tried the cinnamon and the chocolate and wanted to buy a box and take them home with me they were so good. I would definitely come here again.

Really nice coffee shop with great atmosphere. Really nice to come and be able to do some work or just enjoy the city. They make really good lattes here, also.

I love this place for the ambience. Coco and the Director has an atmosphere that encourages people to come in and sit for a while. The staff is always friendly and right outside of coco is another sitting area in the Marriott hotel. It's simply an awesome place. You can have coffee or a variety of beers here. The one negative is everything is awfully expensive. There are bottles of water that are as high as $8 bucks. This still remains one of the best kept secrets in Charlotte.

Nice atmosphere, coffee was just okay, and service was lacking. Was hoping for a swanky coffee shop with nice coffee design as their website shows, Here's what I got...

Delicious pastries, good coffee, interesting interior. An iced coffee and scone will run you nearly $15. Definitely a barrier to entry!

Great pastries!!! The coffee wasn't bad either. Super cute atmosphere and conveniently located on the first floor of our hotel - The Marriott.

Loved the ambiance and great coffee.

Visiting from out of town. Drove into the city just to try this place.. It has taken almost an hour since we arrived to wait in line, place order, and now still waiting on food/drinks. At 10am on a Sunday. Just writing this to let others know to expect a wait.. not a quick service type of place. Otherwise the pasties were bomb and I am hopeful for the coffee but haven’t received it yet :)
