Stopped in while traveling through Charlotte. Great atmosphere and vibes. You could come here to collaborate/work with others and sign up for a spot downstairs or find yourself going through the layered step platforms which were designed perfectly. Great coffee and superb friendly service. We even dabbled in some of the fresh brewed loose leaf lemon ginger tea. Group favorites include the breakfast sandwiches and muffins and ice’d mocha. Eclectic and worth the stop!

Great spot for a sandwich and coffee! We stopped in for breakfast and were not disappointed in the least. The coffee is very good; I typically just drink it black and this has a ton of taste. I didn’t do a sandwich but my wife did and she really enjoyed it. Check it out!

Amazing! Excellent place for co-working or meeting with colleagues. The coffee was fantastic! Loved all the large tables they had to encourage either community seating or meeting with colleagues. Will definitely head back here on my next trip.

This is a super cool coffee shop downtown! The interior is modern and cozy, lots of wood and black metal, ambient lighting, and different seating areas. I didn’t get any food, but saw they had a sandwich station, in addition to serving pastries and some packaged/pre-made salads and sandwiches.
I had the cinnamon bun latte and liked it! Was on the sweeter side, but that’s what I enjoy for coffee. This is a great atmosphere for working or studying; I need to come by again with my laptop!

Horrible experience. Cashier is incredibly unpleasant and did not even look at us the whole transaction (pink hair). Pastry had hair and she just gladly took it back without apologizing or asking if they could offer something else. Horrible customer service. You do not have to be obnoxiously nice but just be a decent being. People come first thing in the morning and that’s what they get to experience. Awful. Manager/assistant manager was nice though.

We have waited over a year to try this place and let me tell you, ITS NOT A LETDOWN. The donut is amazing. The coffee is warm and the service was super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. We will definitely be back

Place is fantastic. Very comfortable environment and easy to relax. Coffee was great too as they had a huge selection from your average everyday mocha to house specials. Coffee shop is directly connected to a hotel and provides for great lounge space.

This place used to be good. Let's not confuse the well-designed space with good food and service experience. Despite adequate staffing, service is especially slow for no reason. I've witnessed people walk out of line when they were next. The food is marginal and they replaced the divine Sugarman cronuts with their own knock off version that is essentially, tasteless sugar dough. They likely capitalize on the flow between the hotel and corporate building, but they will be in for the fight of their lives once this large food court area opens in the same building/block. Overpriced and under-delivering.

Wonderful coffee shop. Drip coffee was nice and easy to drink. Prices are reasonable. There is lots of seating, including levels with pillows to sit on. Just an overall nice vibe and experience.

Saw this location on Tik tok and decided to try it. This coffee shop has cronuts, prosecco AND sandwiches. OMG. A little pricey for a coffee shop. Instantly fell in love with the vibe of the space. Cozy and welcoming to folks that need a change of scenery working remote and a nice place to have a casual lunch business meeting. Great location.
