The service was very friendly and prompt. However, I did not enjoy any of the items that I ordered. The wings had plenty of flavor but not a flavor that I enjoyed.
First of all , not sure if this is a true Vietnamese Restaurant or not. Second of all, Look at the cilantro, how dirty it is. Its completely spoiled and not washed. Just imagine how fresh the other ingredients will be and last the cost —- totally unworthy.
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Food was amazing! I was super impressed. Decor was captivating. Ambiance was chic and low key. Perfect date spot. Really enjoyed it.
CO is an absolutely amazing little Americanized Vietnamese resturant in the corner off Park Rd. The atmosphere was intimate, comforting and inviting. People "came as they were" and I didnt sense any pressure with what I had on for this small "upscale" resturant.
I was highly impressed with their spicy coconut curry broth and the sake infused beverages. If I ever returned it would surely be for those two items. The staff was professional and accommodating regarding dietary restrictions and seating.
The pricing was extremely affordable with not many dishes being over $20. I was able to eat and drink comfortable for under $40.
Our 1st time. Drive 45 min to try it out. Atmosphere was calming. lighting was lacking to see menus. Portion size was decent for pricing now a days. Food had nice flavors. but too saucy, amount of carbs in dishes did not balance out with the sauce, and way too salty. One of the entree we ordered the vermicelli was undercooked. The manager attempted to make it right by remaking the entree and took it off our bill, hence the 4 star rating for effort.
Not a 5 star because we had very bad service. My tea never came. We could not get anyone’s attention to get a small plate when our appetizer came. Strange thing was that it was not busy at all (5 tables full). Now, the food was AMAZING. Everything did come out hot and full of flavor. Spices were perfectly used as to not outdo each other or take from the main ingredient. We can not wait to try other things on the menu however we will be going to the other location next time.
Modern vibe with good mix of asian foods. A bit on the higher price but all good. They have wine and cocktails, beer and more. Food ranges from Vietnamese, Korean to Japanese. All of our food was deliciously tasty with great flavor. The sushi was a bit on the blander side but it was good, I think because our first plates were full of different flavors and spicy it made a difference but if you eat the sushi first I'm sure it's the bomb. Friendly staff with great recommendations, they answered all our questions and their suggestions did not disappoint, food was amazing. We got the Caramel pork Banh Mi, the Curry Laksa and the Golden Makimono. All tasty plates. Definitely coming back for the Banh Mi and trying the others on the menu.
I’ve been to CO countless times and I always recommend them to friends and co-workers. However, this last visit was the worst, and I’m only giving them 2 stars because the food was good! I was with a party of 4 we came around 5:30 pm and we didn’t get our food until almost 7pm. The waiter told us 3-4 times that our food was coming and they finally brought one dish out and it was cold! I honestly think the kitchen forgot about us because several tables that arrived after us received their food and were leaving by the time we got our food. I spoke with the manager and it was pointless because she didn’t seem to care at all. It’ll probably be awhile before I visit again.
Been here multiple times as a party of 4, when friends joined us as a party of six, the front end manager told us that it would be a 35 minute wait. 90 minutes later we were seated. At one hour we wondered why we weren't offered a four and two person table?
Co has 3 tables designated for larger CT parties, without a time limit. The host placed a party of four, in one of these in tables, 90 minutes later they sat there. When we finally were seated some of our main courses arrived one at the time, even before the appetizer. We always tip the wait staff for good service, I hope they don't have to share it with a stupid host.
Tried to eat here today. After ordering and waiting approximately 30 minutes for one sushi roll and ahi tacos stack, we were told they were out of sushi rice! OUT of SUSHI RICE? Do they know what kind of restaurant they are? And after we waited 30 minutes for our lunch at 1pm! I think this place has really gone downhill since it opened. Won’t be returning.
