I am very frustrated with the management of the Charlotte/ park road location. I had their signature curry spilled all over me back on February 6, 2022. I understand mistakes happen and was told that it would be made right. I have stayed calm and I have multiple emails of me attempting to contact the manager Jess (who said she would pay for the dry cleaners) and who also gave me a fake email at the beginning. The other manager Sue, gave me attitude and said they would not be doing that (she should never speak to customers the way she spoke to me. ESPECIALLY about a situation she knew nothing about. She said they "may give me gift cards"). When I finally got to speak with Jess, (after multiple attempts), she said she was taking it to her manager. That was on April 11th and no one ever got back to me, even though I have tried to contact her since. Over 100$ worth of clothing is ruined, and I can no longer get bc those clothes are no longer made, along with me getting stuck with a 57$ dry cleaning bill that was promised to me. Nothing has been settled and or handled and it is almost May!! This is the definition of terrible customer service and I will never support any of these locations unless someone makes this right!
Thought I would try this place for some pho ,unfortunately they only had beef broth no chicken. I tried it anyway it wasn't bad just a little salty but the crab Rangoons were good.
I recently relocated to Charlotte and eager to find a restaurant that wasn't the typical national chain. CO hit the mark! The ambiance is energetic but not noisy. They have a nice variety of delicious Asian dishes and great portions. This certainly soothed my palate but it was the customer service that sealed the deal for me. Zach, the bartender, was friendly, attentive, and treated us valued patrons. I'm a bit particular when it comes to cocktails and shared my preferences with him. He had a great attitude and came up with an amazing cocktail to suit my taste. Most bartenders may have taken offense but Zach took pride in seeing a satisfied customer! I look forward to returning !!
Still go to CO, a couple of good dishes. Shrimp Curry used to be be nice and spicy. Not much spice anymore sadly. Uncomfortably freezing in here, bring a sweater.
Generally I have had a great experience at Co. Great food and staff. Gave it 3 stars due to an experience on 1/2 price sushi day. Due to COVID, I opted to order online for pick up. I’m okay with the concept of paying full price for take out orders. What I take issue to is that they prioritize all in-dining 1/2 price orders before full price paying customers. I arrived an hour after I placed my order and the hostess said it’s going to take a lot longer because they prioritize the 1/2 price orders first. This seems like a counter intuitive business model. The orders should be processed in the order they come in. First comes first serve, especially since I am paying FULL PRICE!
I love the menu, however, eating here I can never get consistency. Sometimes the food is 5/5 and other times it can be a 2 or 3/5 at best. Sushi is either old or really fresh. The hanoi noodles are either excellently seasoned or bland and overcooked. The thai basil chicken last time there was pale chicken that looks like it forgot to get cooked in sauce. I just hate the swings of disappointment I get here.

CO is very clean with some awsome food. I am not sure how authentic it is but it was fresh, bright, and flavorful.
