Coffee is not good, employee was confused between americano and iced coffee.. rude very rude staff making coffee nasty service

The person working at counter handling food had gloves on, but he scratched his head and continued working with same gloves, I was disgusted.

Delicious and friendly. The Tre-Calore sandwich is amazing. Sweetest service, too.
