The attitude of the two employees at the Charlotte airport is the worst one I've ever experienced in an airport. The server's demeanor was not customer service oriented, as he just put the order in a bag and threw it on the shelf. He never asked if I wanted the pastry warmed-up or anything. I asked him for a latte and a cup of black coffee, and the latte machine was broke and never bothered to offer an alternative. The black coffee was cold. The cashier was worst, as she stopped using her cellphone, asked me if I have ordered any coffee from the server. I told her that I was waiting for a black coffee and then she asked the server if that was true. I asked her if she had any issues believing me. She said she was double-checking, and then went back to play with her cellphone. If you think of eating anything here, please go somewhere else!
PS. None of the employees were wearing a face mask, and they are working in an airport!

The worse employee ever at the register. No customer service skills what so ever!!!! Rushes every customer, doesn't listen to anyone. Got an attitude as soon as I asked her for receipt. And good thing I did I ask for it, I was charged for a wrong sandwich. When I pointed it out to her she start to yell and cursed me out. When was asked to speak to the manager, she claimed she was one(another lie). Finally a person with better attitude showed up and got my refund of $10.
So if you would like to experience the worse service I definitely recommend this place.

Literally some of the rudest people I've even dealt with in customer service. I watched the woman behind the counter be extremely rude to sn elderly lady and the woman pushing her wheelchair. It was clear she couldn't understand what they were saying but hello lady, they have masks on unlike you who has yours drooping below your chin. I told her what sandwich I wanted and then she asked me if I wanted it toasted and I clearly said no and shook my head in case she didn't hear. Clearly she was still triggered by the customer ahead of me because she then handed me a warm sandwich. I waited to give it back to the lady at the cash register because I really didn't want to deal with that woman. Well the lady at the register handed it back to her and then proceeded to go off on me telling me I asked for a toasted sandwich and said I clearly said "yuuup" with an overdramatic head nod. I responded by telling her I did not ask for it toasted, the people in front of me did and she had me confused. She kept running her rude mouth and I paid and walked away. Just awful. I get it, covid had been terrible on business and travel but nobody deserved to be treated like that.

The bistro tossed salad was a great size & had fresh mixed greens with fruit & nuts. Mediterranean chicken salad was delicious!
The Turkey Swiss & cranberry sandwich stole the show tho! So yummy

The food was okay, but the service was very poor. The cashier ignored us and continued to text on her cell phone while a line of customers waited. When she finally decided to return to her work, her attitude was deplorable. I would not recommend this location at all. Of all the abundant selections of dining opportunities at the Charlotte Airport, I would give this one a big pass.

How do you run out of breakfast food before the first flight of the day takes off?!? Despite the extensive & appetizing menu, we settled for an anorexic bagel & a berry/yogurt parfait.

The lady at the register in the Charlotte Airport was extremely rude! I did not eat with them but watched the way she talked to the customers walking into the line. She refused multiple people including two captins service. At 9:28 yelled out we are closed and when a line started to form kept yelling we're closed I am not taking anybody after this person. It was very tasteless and uncalled for.

Good food, shame the staff could care less…. Asked what time they opened, shoulder shrug, music was so loud staff couldn’t hear the orders and you couldn’t hear the staff! Snapped at several customers because the staff couldn’t hear them due to the music! Very sad

I had the Spinach Feta flaky pastry and my mom had the bacon and mozerella pocket. Both were heated and perfectly delicious.
The staff was friendly, attentive , and got our food out to us quickly. A nice airport experience.

Extremely rude and uncalled for behaviour from the employees. I walked away appalled at how they treated customers. Both of them are in need of some major customer service training/need to be fired. The lady warming the food did not have her mask on correctly, the gentleman at register was not wearing a mask at all. Hope someone from the corporate office is reading this, doesn't seem to be an isolated incident.
