Waterbean Coffee

We came on a Saturday morning to try a new place. If you’re looking for a completely different feel from the South or any other typical coffee shop, this may be your place. The cashier at the front was kind but the ladies calling out names and giving you your coffee and food at the end of the bar area could have been more friendly. If you’re used to walking in, feeling comfortable, and having the kindest people serve and talk to you, this may not be your place. While beautiful, it has a very New York with retro chairs feeling to it which comes with a lack of southern hospitality. The Bagel was great and coffees were good, but I was never asked what kind of milk was okay (I don’t know if you are able to do that here, I was much too busy trying to scan over a menu while she was trying to take my order as we had never been there) and we didn’t get an extra shot of espresso in either of our drinks that we ordered and we kind of just felt out of place. There is a nice area out back where you can enjoy your coffee outside by the flower beds.

This place was very fancy, I felt a little too dressed down. But, really everyone was very down to earth and super friendly. It seemed like there were a lot of regulars in that morning.
I had one of the staff favorites, Cinnamon and Brown sugar Latte with Oat Milk.
It was very good.

Beautiful, cheery, bright & happy coffee shop! I got the Snickerdoodle cold foam iced latte.

We enjoyed our Cappuccino and Vietnamese coffee. The Atmosphere is beautiful. We had the pleasure of having a customer play the piano!

So happy this coffee shop has opened. It’s absolutely beautiful inside and the staff is so friendly and polite and welcoming. There are plenty of tables to enjoy your coffee at, and you can hop on the Wi-Fi and bring your laptop and work. On top of that, the coffee is delicious!

Stoped by with my wife to try out the coffee and what a great surprise. The inside has a high end vibe coffee shop in Manhattan. The decoration and staff is superb. The coffee had an amazing taste. They have expresso flights and siphon flights. Will have to try next time. My wife tried the paradise foam iced coffee which was super good and I had the snickerdoodle foam with 1 pump not 2 and it was awesome. They do everything a la carte. Finally a good coffee shop in Belmont that meets my high standards
