It's a coffee place. They have a good selection of sugar free syrups. They also had dome gluten free and vegan cupcakes. I personally don't need either of those options, but I did try a vegan cupcake out of curiosity and it was very tasty.
The coffee was excellent. I would have liked to have ordered Keto coffee (being a small shop) but they don't do that yet.

I would say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! Unquestionably, the best coffee shop in the area! I’m so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot for some good coffee just in time. The atmosphere inside this coffee shop is extremely vibrant and relaxing. I would definitely rate them a 10 for everything that they provide. Truly amazing! Thank you so much, guys! Definitely a neighborhood gem!!

What a jewel of a place! This is the best coffee I've had and the coolest shop in Avon. You must try the honey lavender oat latte, with one of the delish cupcakes. I love the atmosphere and all the goodies to try, the peach scone was sooo good, and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend.

Isla’s has now become my favorite coffee shop, and a new tradition on our OBX vacations. The coffee is delicious, the service is outstanding, and she even offers plant based goodies. You can tell the staff is incredibly knowledgeable on their products and has given my boyfriend and I wonderful recommendations on what to try. I really appreciate the kind, above and beyond service we received, along with the plethora of vegan options. I encourage everyone to visit Islas!

This is the nicest little coffee shop ive seen. The service was very nice and the woman that owns it is very sweet. The coffee is great and the snacks are great. Make sure to get a lot of things when you get there:)

The nicest little coffee shop run by the sweetest woman. Coffee and pastries were delicious and the snacks accompanied anyone stopping by. I would 100% stop by this place if you have free time it’s such a welcoming environment and the food is amazing as is the owner.

Super friendly staff and the cold brew coffee is exactly what I need to keep me going all day! I get the Fire Cider too, that stuff will really set you straight! Baked goods are great as well!!!
