Duck Donuts

These are by far the BEST donuts I have ever had!!! Fresh... Hot... So many varieties and flavors to choose! We went back 3 times in one day

We came here twice on our vacation and each time the donuts were absolutely amazing. What stood out the most to us was the staff. Everyone was extremely polite and kind to our kids watching them make them. You know kids, they have a million questions, and even though the staff was busy they were happy to interact with them. Great job guys! Keep up the great work!!

This place makes made-to-order donuts right in front of you. These are some of the best donuts I have ever had. If you are close by, stop here.

I have ordered donuts from this shop while vacation for a few years and the quality used to be really good. But this year, the donuts tasted like old grease, they were soggy, the toppings were half what they used to be, and were made very sloppy. The ones without toppings were a little better but still had an aftertaste of old grease. It was not worth the $30 I paid for a dozen. I did complain to the workers, as they seemed overwhelmed as it was packed (4th of July week) and I did not have time to deal with it.

Awesome donuts! We heard about it before coming down and knew we had to try some. Sadly only got to stop by once during our visit but this is definitely a must on a visit down. You can see the donuts being made fresh for every order and see them being decorated/ flavored etc and handed to you! How cool!

There is a big chair out front. I didn't go here, but just thought you'd like to know that before visiting. But I guess you can already tell by the photos posted about Duck doughnuts. I'm sure they are good, they smell really good.

If you like cake donuts, look no further. I would recommend ordering online to minimize the wait, cause the one downside is that they’re slow at assembling the donuts. But the donut customizations are awesome, staff is super friendly, and so many drink flavorings (they even ordered one for us they didn’t have!). Oh, also check out the donut breakfast sandwiches!!

We got there right at closing and they still let us in and took our order. Baked fresh for your order so no stale donuts. A dozen will last days. Even have reheating instructions on the box. Made in OBX. Can't wait to taste them!
