Duck Donuts

First time here and wasn’t disappointed at all! Warm fresh delicious donuts and great iced coffee!!! Would make this place a must stop in Avon👍

Hate the donuts but love the duck. It's not the donuts fault.... They're cake donuts so they fall apart at the first sign of a moist topping. You truly need yeasted donuts. But the place is just so welcoming and the kids working there are awesome. Go there.... Buy some donuts... Watch the kids make them to order... Take lots of pictures and buy merch... Throw away the donuts and find a Krispy Kreme.... But always treasure those pics and merch.

Huge line, but they did their best to keep us moving. Doughnuts were still delicious!

Not many options for donuts on the outer banks. The pictures of the donuts do not mach what you get so you are guessing. The coffee was very poor quality. The staff was friendly enough. Once was enough.

Very good, very tasty donuts!! We ordered online and it was seamless. When we got to the store it was a little clunky as it was busy and no one was monitoring the pick up orders. No knocks, just had a little difficulty flagging somebody down so we could get our hot coffee and food. Only gripe was the breakfast sandwich though very tasty it didn't appear to be dressed with the extra cheese, egg, and bacon I had specifically ordered. No real problem as it only added about 3 dollars to a relatively inexpensive breakfast. Overall the donuts and breakfast sandwich were tasty and the black coffee was very well balanced and hot. The concept of customizing your donut order is great. They constructed a maple bacon donut that was very flavorful and didn't skimp on the bacon. You can not go wrong ordering from Duck Donuts!

It is a bit nostalgic to me because, sure you can see the donuts being made from beginning to end however, the donuts were very small compared to many other donut shops and expensive for what you get. Of course every shop has its' customer base they serve. It's okay if you stay nearby and don't want to travel far for other options.
