Great coffee and food! Best coffee and croissant I've had in a very long time! I loved everything. Definitely my new morning spot. Staff was super nice and the atmosphere was awesome, I could hang out all day. Great Playlist too!

We loved the Palace themed offerings; the New Partner was wonderful. Rowan has a great and distinct atmosphere; definitely a new mainstay in Asheville's downtown. Vegan options!

Had the vegan feta waffle and a brown sugar latte. The latte was smooth and tasty with beautiful foam art. The feta waffle blew our minds with well-balanced sweet and savory notes. They had two other vegan waffle options that we’re sure would be just as satisfying.

Pretty nice cortado and cappuccino.

What a sweet new spot. Oat milk Cappuccinos were lovely and the waffle was perfect for dipping in them. Cozy atmosphere and the furniture/ decor were obviously done with intention. Makes sipping coffee in there even more enjoyable.

I have to say they have the best full body and the most flavor able coffee I ever tasted. You don't need sugar to bring out those flavors. It's great as it is! They have me hooked!

Delicious! Had the oat milk latte and went back two days in a row because I loved it so much. Also tried their ham and cheese croissant which tasted like a heavenly grilled cheese. Definitely recommend.

Coffee is always on point. Nicely located by parking lot.
