Beautiful space in the heart of downtown! The cafe has a dark vintage vibe, but still excellent light for working, with gorgeous decor. One of the best scones I've had, and great coffee.

Beautiful craft coffee! They offer a traditional coffee menu and a nice array of pastries. By far one of my favorite things about this café, however, is the attention to detail in designing the actual building. It is absolutely stunning!

Thank god for Rowan Coffee: the coffeeshop downtown Asheville needed, deserved, dreamed of, and has finally been blessed with. Each time I visit Asheville, this is a must stop no matter the occasion. My favorite is trying their seasonal lattes. They tend to be made with unique handcrafted syrups and garnished with fresh herbs/fruit. One post to your Instagram will have your followers asking you “WHERE!?” for days. Or if milk in coffee isn’t your thing, you can also order the best cup of black coffee you’ve ever sipped. Simply put: these guys know and love coffee and you can taste that in every drink.

Not only did the owners nail their products, the ambience is perfect. The attention to detail in every nook of this place shows the true passion and care put into it. This is the kind of place where you’re like “yep, these people know exactly what they’re doing and what a gift it is they’re sharing with us”… so do yourselves a favor and swing by. Thanks to Holden & Bow for opening up such a fabulous coffee spot. The world owes you. <3

Rowan is fantastic! Lots of attention to detail in decorating/vibe. Grab a cup of great coffee, a snack, sit, and enjoy the great atmosphere.

Rowan Coffee is a great addition to the coffee scene in Asheville. It has a full coffee bar with seasonal roasts on rotation, pastries and sandwiches with vegan and gluten free options. Cozy atmosphere in a well designed space inspires work or relaxation.

Great coffee. Love that they have macadamia and oat milks! Such an adorable little spot.

Great flat whites, well-priced, friendly baristas, calm atmosphere. If I could walk here from my house, I’d be here every day.

best coffee is Asheville, hands-down. not only is the coffee great, but the owners and people who work here are some of the nicest around. beautiful space too. definitely will be back.

Latte and chai were good, as was the Danish. The scone? Not so much. The latte was served in a handleless glass (pictured) which begs the question: how do you drink a steaming hot latte in a glass without a handle?
