Only lost a stat because I ordered salad rolls and they told me after I paid they didn't have them, kind of disappointing because it was a match combo for our peanut sauce on noodle salad. Orwell, the hummus platter was delish, tea was okay, they had so many other options though! Their salad was scrumptious and the atmosphere was top notch - cozy, comfortable and inviting. The table booth are near us had some really awesome women we chatted it up with. Such a nice social and friendly place. I strongly recommend. Healthy food, gluten free options if you have allergies etc. I'd go back if I was from around here!

This place has such a chill vibe. Everyone that comes in is a lover of tea or someone who really enjoys sharing a cup of tea with someone. They have some great quiet spots if you would like to sip on some tea quietly and read a book if you're travelling alone. They have an amazing tea selection. The staff was super knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Stop by if you even slightly enjoy tea! It won't disappoint!

This place is really neat! I’d recommend coming here to everyone I know. They know their teas and they have a great variety. After looking at the whole menu, me and my wife still ended up going with the infused hot chocolates. They were able to make mine vegan and sugar free, which is a huge plus. My Mint Hot Chocolate was splendid, as was my wife’s floral hot chocolate(I don’t remember which flavor she chose). They even have vegan sweets to eat with your drink. Definitely an experience I would recommend to all.

I really should have taken more photos but I was enjoying the space too much. Awesome tea selection and every brew is thoughtfully crafted for whatever is appropriate for that region of tea. The gluten free avocado toast was far and away the best gluten free bread I have ever had. There are numerous types of seating areas including cafe tables, lounge chairs, and floor pillows. I loved this spot.

The ambience Was amazing they had a really good teas. I got the Jasmine pearl and it was worth it. The personal size is enough for two people. I have 100% come back here just to have different teas.

I was excited to go to Dobra Tea hoping to enjoy some delicious tea in an interesting and relaxing environment. Hate to say it but I was a little bit disappointed.

Customer service was very good. The cashier was friendly and helpful. She gave me some suggestions when I asked her. No complaints about service.

The place does have an interesting design that makes you feel like you're sort of not in US (like in Asia). I wanted to sit in the back but it was way too dark so I had to sit at the front.

As for the drinks, and this is why I'm giving them a 3, are just normal, a bit bland and nothing special. We order 4 drinks and 2 cookies.
- the oolong tea (with lemon and something else): not impressed, boba was a little hard so wouldn't recommend adding it in.
- cookies were okay
- matcha was good. They used good matcha powder. Not bitter.

I stopped here while wandering downtown Asheville and I am glad I did. The herbal tea I chose was prepared very well. The flavor reflected the effort the staff puts into it instead of cranking out substandard tea. While I’m technically a lone “tourist” stopping through, I would certainly recommend this place to those that enjoy tea, or are looking to try something new. The space is also nice to stop for a while and relax.

While this location doesn't offer as much as their Ashland, Oregon location, it's still my favorite tea house in Asheville. The vibes are great, with seating in the back that provide a true tea house experience- shoes off and sitting on cozy pillows on the floor. (They do have regular seating in the front). It's a great date spot- even if it's a date with yourself😊

If you love tea and learning more about different teas, this is the place to go! With a wide variety of different teas, bubble teas and some specialty drinks, this place has a wide variety of teas. You can read and learn about all of what they have to offer to get a better understanding of the taste and body of the teas. You can buy loose leaf or they will brew you a pot! The atmosphere is cozy and very relaxed. Nice to get some work done or have a nice morning with some tea and friends.

Wish I had spent more time in this tea shop! Employees were exceptionally helpful, they guided me through my tea purchase to help me pick the right fit. This isn’t your run of the mill tea shop, there’s a TON to choose from. They have boba, Japanese green tea, and tons of hard to find loose leaf teas.

The shop itself is welcoming and truly relaxing. There’s more contemporary seating up front, or shoes off tea house style seating in the back. The tea was seriously delicious. This place is a gem!
