Dobra Tea

Such a warm and inviting atmosphere! Everyone was so kind and helpful in showing us how to prepare the tea! We absolutely loved it! The tea was delicious! 10/10 highly recommend :)

LOVED THIS PLACE!! Jake was so knowledgeable! I had never been to a tea room, so i told him what kinds of tea i love..and to surprise me. WOW..so good i had to buy some of the tea to take home!!! He was so nice!! A MUST STOP!!

The steamed green tea was amazing! I also ordered a southern sweet tea to-go which was nice while I finished shopping around downtown. Service and atmosphere was amazing too!

Visiting Dobra was a new experience to me. This place just inspires you to drink tea since they have a fantastic tea selection, even they go further with a menu that briefly explains to you a little bit of the tea that you're about to consume. Dobra puts emphasis in the atmosphere recreating something relaxing and nice, it has that unique touch and you can tell who ever the owner is, this person has traveled and has brought part of his experiences overseas. I enjoyed the vegan pastries that they offer as well.

Unfortunately they did make some changes and you now order at the front, then they bring your tea to you. They also have less tea options, no more binder full of different teas but it’s still a nice place.

The still have delicious gluten free/vegan pastries. I love how many gf options there are!!

2020: One of the top tea places I’ve been. They have SO MANY options and delicious treats. Been coming here for years, I always stop by while I’m in Asheville.

Our favorite place in Asheville. The environment is calm and relaxing. They give you a book of tea, divided into sections based on country. We enjoy hot and cold tea here. The picture below is more than enough for two people, and we spend less than $20.

An absolutely fascinating place to take a break, choose from a multitude of delicious teas, and have delicious snacks and cookies. I ordered the rose cardamom cookie and it was just outstanding. The masala chai was equally delicious. Service is friendly and efficient. The menu is a large book that educates you about a great variety of delicious teas from around the world.

This place was awesome and the highlight of our day. They are very knowledgeable about the teas. We had three and they helped us with some Christmas Tea gifts.

Feign no knowledge of brewing tea. Let the staff coach you on how to brew your pu'ehr tea even if you've done so many times before. A staff member vigorously corrected my technique once, but if you are ok with disciplinary instruction from a server, you will understand something about Asheville life that you won't get elsewhere.

Good tea, not quite the traditional boba flavors but definitely tasty.
We had to wait to order even though we were first in line, not like 30s but more like minutes.
