First time at BattleCat loved the frozen green tea! Simple, smooth and delicious. Will definitely be coming back. All the wall artwork is awesome as well.

Lavender blueberry latte was good. Vibe is nice, artsy and modern. People are nice. Two spots to sit: couches in the front, tables in the back. Artwork to look at.

Funky coffee shop, eclectic comfy interior and pleasant outdoor seating. They also sell rad t-shirts.

Nice place to stop in for coffee and teas. Lots of comfy chairs to sit and talk. Very 60s bohemian vibe.

Great place for a handcrafted cup of coffee and breakfast bakery items and sandwiches. Super friendly staff!

Dog friendly! Which is always a plus😊 There’s plenty of shaded outdoor seating areas and they have dog bowls for your furry friends. I had the iced golden turmeric latte which I enjoyed. The ambiance was super chill and made for a nice laidback breakfast date.

Staff was pleasant, service was quick, and menu items were unique enough to make it a memorable experience. My husky seemed to enjoy it without appearing as though he were getting overheated. Street parking is a little limited. But my date and I were able to find parking right in front of the the shop so it didn’t affect our experience.🙂

Watered down americano. Terrible business model. Really bad design to the shop that makes it confusing to order - which means employees are having to explain how to order over and over and over again. Long wait for a simple bagel. No one was at counter and had to make order online which took 4x the amount of time. Basically you do the labor but still pay a tip?

Staff and patrons are *just* the right amount of surly & salty to make you feel like this is a neighborhood hangout, yet warm right up to you & are as friendly as can be from the moment you say "hello."

Great, low-key vibe and homey atmosphere make this one of my favorite Asheville cafes!

Perfect breakfast place! Had the everything bagel sandwich and a blackberry mocha, and the atmosphere is comfy and quirky, loved it, will be back for sure!

The coffee is fine, and the service was responsive. The patio is great if you like hanging out on a playground on a busy street with a view of a lumberyard.
