Fun latte flavors and friendly staff. When I went they were only serving bagels and cream cheese for breakfast, and they were very good. The veggie cream cheese had big chunks of tomato and scallion in it, yum.

Very Professionally run yet casual atmosphere and the breakfast sandwich/latte Special I had hit the ~spot!

This is a bakery and sandwich shop that rivals Manhattan gourmet sandwich shops: top quality food with prices to match. Lots of choices including great vegan options. Virtually everything tastes great because the breads are freshly made and ingredients are fresh. They are open for breakfast and lunch only and they are excellent for both.

The only issue is the wait. Getting everything you ordered can take a long time. 30 to 45 minutes wait is not uncommon. I once waited just over an hour for my order for a party of four.

They have a peculiar & inefficient system for taking orders & paying. You wait on one line to order. Then you wait at another line to pay. Then you go back to the first line for the food. Then you go back to a third line for your coffee.

The wait can be bad but the excellent food makes it worth it if you have the time and patience.

I've been here a few times now for breakfast. Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. 'The Boss' may be the best breakfast wrap I have ever had. The employees that have waited on me have always been personable and polite. Definitely going to make it a regular stop.

Good baked goods, friendly staff. Be aware that the mixed drinks (specialty) are SO SWEET. However, they said it was a common complaint and offered to make my drink for free again, less sweet. I got a coconut/chocolate iced latte and when they made it less sweet, it was delicious. ☺️

Food and coffee are delicious. They have covid precautions in place to limit people in store but still kept it moving and got us our food in less than 20 mins. I have a gluten allergy and asked for gluten free bread so the cashier wrote "ALLERGY" in big letters on the ticket to alert the cooks to take precautions. The barista even explained to me that they are a bakery and can't be 100% gluten free which was very conscientious. On the second day we ate there I got the same bread-- the cook came out with my food and explained that they switched gloves, tools and cleaned the work surfaces. I have never experienced this level of care for my allergy at take out restaurants and was very impressed, had two incredible sandwiches and felt great. Thank you so much, you helped make our stay in Watkins Glen unforgettable!

I really don't understand all the reviews describing the sandwiches as fresh and delicious. If we hadn't driven by again I'd have thought we went to the wrong place. It's generic deli meat and cheese. If they actually bake their own bread someone should be fired. No prices on the menu, but you should be aware that you'll pay $10 for a completely average sandwich

Stopped in for a quick coffee, ended up devouring 2, fresh out of the oven baked goods. The strawberry cheesecake muffin had a hole baked in the center where the cheesecake and strawberries baked right in. The cinnamon roll was hands down the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. Soft and gooey with mounds of cream cheese frosting! The only thing the cinnamon roll was missing was a wet nap for after you’re done! LOL This will be the spot to stop every time we are in the area!

Really lovely cafe with delicious sandwiches and interesting espressos. All the sandwiches were very fresh and the lattes unique and flavorful. Try the sandwich with the focaccia bread, I think it was the best bread option! The lavender latte had a delicate balance of lavender and espresso without being too sweet, and the chai chihuahua had a nice little kick of cayenne.

Waited more than 30 minutes for 5 sandwiches. The guy that worked there was definitely apologetic. They may need to find better ways to get the food out quicker. Bread was hard on a few of our sandwiches. Kid's grilled cheese was delicious. Overall not bad if time management for staff making the sandwiches could be improved.
