The coffee was smooth, rich and flavorful. I had the everything (carrotcake type) muffin w/just the right amount of sugar. The service could of been better. Why do I need to tip if I'm grabbing and going???? Let's stop w this nonsense just give better pay.

Sign says open 7-2 on Mondays. Not open today on Labor Day when there are so many tourists in town. we showed up to nothing on the door, nothing on the website or Facebook. This is why small businesses fail.

One must realize that this is a small town, the pace is a little different. We enjoyed the Compton 2.0 and The Freak, both were amazing and the bagels were just right. The lady at the register was super helpful and very nice. Would absolutely recommend!

To begin, I hesitated when choosing how many stars to choose because I want to be accurate in my review but also want to draw attention to a major turnoff in this restaurant. Let me say that the food is very good quality, I don't have a complaint about that.

The staff up front was nbt friendly or helpful. After we finished ordering and paying I asked if there was a restroom for my wife, she wanted to wash her hands before eating and use the facilities. The awkward response I was given was the staff looking around towards the back of the restaurant and telling me "not really and then no". I was told we could leave and walk 200 yards down the street to the city chamber of commerce. Are you kidding me! It was obvious he looked towards the bathroom that the staff doesn't like to let paying customers use. I don't know if they are too lazy to clean it or what!

That being said, it's sad to see a great product that is represented by employees that don't understand or respect customer service or other people.

Slow and unorganized does not begin to describe this location. 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwhiches? Luckily the food was good and reasonably priced.

Oh my word, this place was great. I work for a traveling production crew, and we placed an order for around 31 sandwiches and salads (24 hour notice). The staff was great to work with and were specific about what would work and what wouldn't (a very important thing in my experience). The order was completed on time, and all of the special requests were accurately done. The crew enjoyed the sandwiches, and we would definitely use them again.

The person at the register, whom I assume to be the owner, was very rude when I asked if i could use my own cup after she had rung up the coffee order. I had my cup in the hand in full view. They charged me 50 cents for the 16 oz paper cup.
Then the quad, no flavor latte was obviously made with a medium roast coffee. I could see how light the coffee that they were using was. The worst tasting "espresso" latte I have ever had. Undrinkable.

We had an excellent BLT there. Coffee was also excellent. Note that the menus do not include prices. For new patrons, you will find menus in a pocket on the back counter, which is where you order food. Then you go to the front counter to pay for your food and order coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Cute place. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Ordered takeout to save time but had to stand in line ten minutes to find out only half my order was made. They said they could make the rest but it would be another 30 mins. No thanks. Understaffed. Food we got and had to split, was pretty good.

GREAT grab n go sandwiches made-to-order! We buy them to take up to Watkins Glen International, for the races. We come to the Glen every fall and always stop here for our "track food". Great bread, and fresh sandwich ingredients including sprouts, apples, veggies and cheeses. If you're atvtheGlen, stop here!
