Good tea drinks, atmosphere has always been a little shabby (even before Covid) and service could use some training, very inconsistent (some staff are great, some not so much).

Hit or miss. Usually try different blizzards. Sometimes they make them really good and sometimes they just taste like ice. Milk tea is good. Could use some updating in there

Terrible Bubble Tea. Every time I go there I have to ask them to fix the drink since it literally taste like water with a little bit of powder. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Best bubble tea around. My brother even agrees. He was up at niagra falls and said the bubble tea he had there was just a disappointment and this was his first stop when he was coming home.

I WENT TO GET SOME BUBBLE TEA FROM THIS SPOT THINKING THAT I WOULD HAVE AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE FINDING OUT THAT THEY HAD NO MORE BUBBLES IN STOCK AND DID NOT GIVE ME MY BLIZZARD TARO LIKE I ASKED ALSO MY DRINK WAS WARM AND TASTED LIKE TEA WITH SPOILED MILK AND I PAID A OUTRAGEOUS PRICE OF $5 PLUS TAX HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL FOR TERRIBLE TASTING BOBA

Me and buddies got bubble tea, one tasted like dirty water (not exaggerating) , another tasted like soap and the last tasted like chalk. I don't do many reviews but it was such a bad experience.

This place is awesome. Bubble tea is so good and they have many choices. The place is busy most of the times and there is limited seating.

Good vibes, late hours, nice people behind the counter. Great place to get some work done. Occasionally a big group of BU students will pile in and out.

Good spot for bubble tea. Right near campus - spacious with plenty of seating. Large selection of teas. Staff is friendly

I'm not a fan of the tea or food.. That being said you don't really have to be to still have a good time hanging out there. Great "chill" atmosphere.
