got a coffee boba. drink was amazing, drank the whole thing, however at the very bottom of the drink there were pieces of what looked like plastic. i found out by almost swallowing a piece while eating the last of my boba. ive never had a problem with this place before, but seeing the reviews on their website says other people weren't so lucky. please be careful with any food or drink you get.

This establishment is located at a small strip with other stores. It's easy park at the location and the the store has a laid back vibe (student lounge type). The customer service is good and compliments the theme (young women). This is my second Bubble Tea location and it was good. The choices are vast, but simple. I recommend the Mango Tea with Tapioca and aloe warm. Overall, I like this place as it is conveniently located close to all major venues (Walmart, Bestbuy, Target etc). I recommend this place for students and young adults who want a refreshing drink that is healthy. Enjoy!

Ordered 2 drinks originally, the first being a peach milk tea ending up to be a peach green tea and a mango papaya blizzard which was fine, $12.......
No biggie, but I had to order a seperate drink because that's not what I wanted, and due to the card minimum I had to get 2 drinks totaling another $12.
I feel the prices here are a bit over priced than other places for some reason. Could just be me and my preference on paying $9 for 2 large drinks at WeTea or Nihao and the order is always right.

"It's good, the drinks are good. There was a very wide selection. People love tapioca in their drinks and it just blows my mind."

We went there to play a game, and they had nice tables that we could use, and it wasn't so busy that we had to leave. The drinks were also good.

So far, from the bubble tea joints I've tried in the area, this one is the best. I prefer their tapioca balls, and the consistency of the drink. Just the right amount of flavor! I've never hung out inside, but if you're a college student, it seems like the go-to place to grab a bubble tea and hang out with your friends and/or laptop. Keep in mind: CASH ONLY!

Lovely little tea shop! Makes realistic tasting flavors, the service is fast and the employees very friendly. Definitely my go to stop when in the Binghamton area.

There's so many choices for different milk teas and teas! I haven't tried any food there yet but the drinks are definitely amazing. The staff are also super friendly!

I don’t wanna get anyone in trouble. But I went in today at 12 and the Open light wasn’t on and all the lights were off. The door was unlocked and a gentleman was just sitting in the corner on his phone. When we walked in there, there wasn’t a hi, or hello until he got behind the counter. Then the gentleman asked how can I help you? My sister asked me are we ready to order and then the gentleman interrupted as said he wouldn’t be able to help for another hour. I don’t understand if the store opens at 12 why would we have to wait another hour unless there is something wrong with the computers which he didn’t go into detail on why he wouldn’t be able to help us. You cannot say you’re open at 12 and then not take any orders. You’re going to lose customers because of your poor customer service.
