I met here with a friend and I am just not a coffee drinker really, it they had this iced vanilla chocolate latte that was freaking awesome AND cheap! Plus the company has a great cause so it was a win win for me. Parking is right out front and at 9 am there was ample parking. We sat there and talked for hours and no one looked at us funny, and everyone had a great attitude and customer service etiquette. If I have another coffee meeting, I would definitely choose here. Did seem cluttered though, so for management I would tell them to cut back on all the different items that were all over the place, but that's just me. Some people might like to shop for little random knick knacks and books and sandals while getting coffee.

I stop here every time I visit Rochester because they have the best chocolate truffle coffee ever. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Nice cozy space too.

Awesome staff! They were very welcoming to me & my emotional support animal, a guinea pig i named Wilma Jean. Excellent italian sodas & baked goods. Definitely will be back! 😁

Good hot and frozen coffees, desserts, and smoothies. Relaxing shop with indoor and outdoor seating, service a little slow but staff very pleasant. Positive mission makes spending here feel even nicer.

This coffee shop helps women in need and the staff couldn't be friendlier! Excellent coffee and food with an awesome mission. If you're thinking about coming here, do it.

Fantastic coffee and a great mission! Coffee Connection creates jobs for women in recovery, and sells organic fair-trade coffee. A wonderful small business that's doing good in the Rochester community.

So it depends on the location you stop at, the one in the southwedge is super great, they do all the roasting there in the shop, the coffee is wonderful and the people are fantastic. However it is small which can discourage those who like to find a corner somewhere and get work done for hours on end. If you go to the winton village location though this place is expansive and very charming. They have a greenhouse out back where they grow some of the veggies used in their food. The rest they source from the public market. The greenhouse cafe is a super great place to get quiet time to just sit and think or plow through some backlog. Both use their own roasted coffee which they source sustainably. They work with small farmers to get the best fresh, organic, and fair trade beans. They also employ women in recovery programs, giving them employment that empowers them. I think this place has the right idea and is a gem in the Rochester community.

This is an amazing, inspiring place that changes lives and impacts the community for the better. Give whatever support you can - their coffee is delicious (the best I’ve ever tasted) and made with compassion. ♥️

The coffee is ok, but the espresso not at the same level as Glen Edith, Joe Beans or Meraki (down the road). I like the atmosphere, the staff is friendly, and it's a nice place for a sip with friends.

I love supporting this business. This location is cozy, and I regularly buy coffee beans here to enjoy at home. The quiche is always great!
