Our favorite coffee shop. Both here on South Ave and at their place in food court at Marketplace Mall. My daughter Emily's Blend coffee..our favorite blend. We like ALL the flavors, especially Salted Caramel, Snickerlicious, Creme Brulee!

This coffee shop has a great mission, but is lacking access. It should be wheelchair accessible through the back entrance, but the ramp is cluttered with stuff. The bathroom is big enough to be accessible, but was blocked by a bunch of bins and also cluttered with stuff. I wish they took accessibility more seriously because I'd love to be a regular patron.

Great mission and cozy atmosphere. The coffee is fine. I wish the hours were slightly more reliable - I stopped by on a Sunday am when they were listed as open and it was totally dark. A few more fresh food offerings and better coffee would make this a totally desirable spot in the neighborhood.

What a great business. Providing an workplace, support, and empowerment to women in recovery. That and the coffee is really solid. Roasted on site, responsibly sourced, and a whole host of "to go" coffee's as well. In addition there are some of the usual coffee shop artsy fair too. All and all a great place!

The customer service was excellent!
It is a non profit organization that supports a good cause
It is small but has a nice atmosphere having tea or coffee!
I would make a video for this company!

The smells when you walk through the door is very unique. They are fresh and intoxicating. Felicia is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about the products educating me and my family more on the types of beans they carry, the difference, showing us the authenticity of their products, as they come direct from Peru. Definitely THE place to buy organic, authentic coffee. Not to mention that their company gives back to the farmers.

I want to match what Erika Russo just said...wow. What an amazing experience it was indeed. The people there were so friendly and so knowledgeable about everything in that store. From custom making your special drink or the beautiful hand woven wool articles of clothing and so much more they were extremely helpful. Lastly, I have had coffee from local roasters around Rochester for a decade and this place by far has the best tasting beans in my book. Peruvian coffee at its finest. Purchased by many restaurants, cafe's and other establishments in the area. The best cup of Rochester coffee I have had thus far. Thank you to everyone at the coffee connection. I can't wait to check out your other locations!

Another one of the coffee shops that helps women build a better life for themselves by providing a place to develop professional skills and build a resume. Makes a good cup of coffee, and I love the roaster in the back room. Small and cozy, so maybe not the place for a large group, but great for a quick cup on the go or to sit for a spell and catch up with a friend.

All of their coffee is fair trade and it goes to supporting a great cause. The food was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly. Always enjoy my visits to Coffee Connection!

Coffee is locally roasted. The Peruvian is totally delicious. Barista had a warm, friendly vibe--invited us to sample the blends before selection. The cafe is small and warm and smells of roasted coffee. It has four or five two top tables. We took one by the window, where we ate homemade bacon, zucchini quiche. The philosophy behind the cafe is brilliant and progressive. I hope to go again.
