Bruegger's Bagels

The food was absolutely amazing. But what was better was the great staff... those people are what makes you go back. The drive to this bagel place was about 45 minutes. But I'll do again because the people. Highly recommend this place.

The bagels here are baked fresh and delicious, especially with the different kinds of cream cheese you can choose from. However, I've purchased their "Big Bagel Bundles" on Friday mornings a couple different times for co-workers, and almost always my purchases are met with glares, because I'm "cleaning out" their supply of bagels. I've explained at least two times that I tried to order ahead, but their online order system wasn't working, but still they seem to be annoyed that I'm actually giving them business.

Recently, had a GREAT experience at the Latta Rd., shop. I had called from the road to find a location, the gentleman who answered gave me perfect directions and once in the shop the best of attention. He was sorry, for the inconvenience of his boiler not working, yet did everything possible to make it convenient for my purchase.

If paying for things you don't receive is your preference this establishment will suit you well. Order a half scoop of cream cheese, be ready to pay for a whole scoop. It's like this hypothetically: we don't offer medium sized drinks.... Only large sized ones, but if you only want half a drink you're paying for a large. Cents not sense seems the point here.

Bagels are so delicious and fresh. I always ask for 1/2 scoop of cream cheese to get a "normal" serving. I do wish they would keep the place cleaner (Latta & Long Pond). The counters, tables and floor are rarely devoid of sesame seeds, coffee drips, finger prints, even first thing in the morning. I never see them come out and clean tables.

Very nice and helpful employees, but the regulars here don’t seem to understand that you should sit at the same table and not yell across the room to talk with each other about your political beliefs. I came to get work done and couldn’t get any work completed no matter how loud I turned up my headphones. Definitely go for the service, but I don’t recommend you sit to eat in the mornings.

The gentleman at the counter saw I was short the cost of one of the bagels I ordered, and gave them both to me anyway❤

The manager was so friendly saying hi to everyone that walked in. The food was amazing and the service was so nice. We are from out of town and when ever we are home we make it a point to come out to this brueggers. Again the service was phenominel and the woman working there seemed to know everyone that walked in and greeted them with a smile and amazing service. Also the coffee is out of this world!

Foul mouthed, rude employees. Swearing loudly in the back as I sit and eat breakfast with my 6 year old. Messed up my order, didn't even bother to try and get it fixed because they are so disorganized and probably wouldn't have done it correctly anyways. Management should really be stepping in to clean this place and its employees up. Never had a bad experience on Monroe ave. though. Won't be coming back.
