A most disappointing experience at Kelly's Roots today. Ordered a scrambled breakfast sandwich with bacon on a crossaint with cheddar. Arrived home to find no bacon, an unacepptable amount of cheese, and just one egg fried. Called to let them know. The person on the phone informed me that the same amount of cheese is put on every sandwich, said nothing regarding the absence of bacon, and no apology. She finished with " have a nice day" and hung up on me. Oh, I purchased 4 of their cupcakes and left a generous tip. Terrible phone servivice. I will not be back. Lastly, their dining room was full which indicates a complete disregard regarding covid protocol. Good Day.

Everything I try becomes my new favorite item on the menu. Specials are usually pretty unique and are always awesome. Great food. Reasonable Pricing. Going to need to expand soon...always a hot spot at lunch time! I'm hooked.

Loved my salad and my husband loved his sandwich. We loved the restaurant and can not wait to come back to eat on the deck. Only bummer is they close at 3. No dinner.

Today was first time ordering from here. FANTASTIC!!!!! Buffalo chicken soup and I shared the turkey wrap with a coworker. Highly recommend!
