Neutral Ground Coffeehouse

I love it here! I’m so glad to see a quality coffeehouse open near where I work 😊 not only do they sell locally made treats, you get skip the burnt Starbucks coffee for quality espresso and coffee. Plus, they offer alternative milk options too!

I was greeted by a couple of glances from the apparent manager on duty and counter help. Trying not to make eye contact. It was a hot day and all I wanted was something to drink and some ice cream. But after three minutes of being ignored, I left.

Service was slow, the staff seemed a little bit lost with my order of a mocha, mocha didn't taste very hot imo. Decor looked okay tho. May return and edit the review to try the food.

First time. Fabulous! Women-owned. Coffee drinks are wonderful! (And, if you're feeling like being bad, try the cro-nut. Amazing). Oh, and great location - perfect after a run or walk on the canal.

My best friend held her small intimate wedding here and they were amazing the spot was perfect staff friendly. Loved all of it

The best! We love this place - Mary Ann, Shannon, Sheryl, Katie, Mandy, Arcade - friendly and efficient. The food and drinks are delicious! Pittsford really needed this coffee shop!

This is a fantastic place, inside & out. BEST iced vanilla latte I’ve ever had! Beautiful location along the canal. Will definitely be back!

All day breakfast I recommend the lift bridge on a bagel
