Neutral grounds, unfortunately gets a less than neutral rating. Barge burrito had raw potatoes but I was too hungry to care at the time. Ambiance was nice—friend enjoyed peppermint mocha

I food not try the food, only the drinks. The tea I got was good, not burning hot but not like warm either. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff were nice.

I wish that they would have displayed the menu more prominently however. There was a big chalk board with a joke menu on it which was cute but confusing at first because you had to start reading it to realize it was not actually a menu. The two actual copies of the menu were on the counter but they blended in and were easy to overlook. Also if there are more than two people in line you have to wait to read the menu. Overall not a big deal but something that would be super easy to improve.

Love this place! Love the vintage candy, the coffee, breakfast sandwiches are amazing 🤩 and do yourself a favor, get the cronut! Only minor complaint, it gets packed inside the store very fast and there’s minimal counter space, so you always feel like you’re in someone’s way. They use the other half of the building for events and it’s beautifully designed, even the ceiling tiles! My son has guitar lessons nearby and I always stop here for a snack and drink as a weekly treat.

Delicious coffee and baked goods and we love the location right by the canal. Great place to sit and enjoy outside and even in winter when not freezing.

Nice little coffee shop right near the canal. Perfect for getting together with friends or doing a little work/studying!

Met up with some friends in hopes to have lunch & coffee. But the lunch menu was a little more limited than we expected. So we decided to just grab coffee and sit for a bit before heading elsewhere to eat.

The iced lattes and cold brews are good here! But the iced drinks are so full of ice that you are barely getting any actual coffee.

At 12pm on a Saturday, I was surprised to see there weren't any pastries really left. And the bagel selection was limited.

Service was friendly but VERY SLOW.

Prices are standard.

Cute concept tho!

Staff was friendly and courteous- food was great, I had The Pittsford, great lattes too. They also are dog friendly.

Amazing coffeeshop to just hang out and get some work done! Harper Lee (dog) is clearly the best part of coming here

Our new find! Great atmosphere in a great location on the canal. Excellent lattes and breakfast!

I was hoping we would see an independent coffee shop come to the Pittsford area. I missed the old Mellow Mug in the basin.

I am glad to see one has arrived. Coffee is great, pastries are fresh. I highly recommend it. There are many ample food possibilities in the village now.

Well done.
