Neutral Ground Coffeehouse

We celebrated my daughter's baby shower in the event room last month. The shower was perfect! Sherry and the rest of the staff worked hard before and during the event to make sure that everything was done exactly how we hoped . Sherry also helped to keep the event running smoothly. Great food, and a beautiful atmosphere.

Such a great addition to the canal! Such friendly staff, homey decor, great food and espresso. Wish they did punch cards.

Went to Neutral Ground for a quick togo lunch and it was great! First, the location is great - the decor is trendy and there is lots of space inside. The lady that took our order was peppy and knowledgable. We ordered a few sandwiches (both delicious) and the chili with a shot of espresso on top - I know it sounds weird but it was so unique and flavorful! The coffee and cider were also excellent and they have non dairy milk. They were also good with allergies. Definitely check this place out!!!

Food was phenomenal. Coffee is great. Atmosphere is so cute and the staff is incredible wonderful!! Definitely don’t shy away from this place!! You will fall in love with it just like my fiancé and I did ❤️

Went for the first time today. Had the Towpath breakfast sandwich on a hard roll and it was delicious! Coffee was also very good. A welcome addition to Pittsford! Go and support this business so that they will stay!

Great sandwiches, salads, chili and baked goods (the cronut is my favorite). The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff is always attentive. Highly recommend!
