Renna's West & Mio Gelato Cafe

Absolutely the worse experience ever. It was so bad it was hysterical! Had family up from Arizona. Specifically took them to this location! Ordered a sheet and 4 dz wings 2 orders of bread sticks and an order of mushrooms and a tossed salad. Spent 5 dollars for a tossed bowl of lettuce. No other veggies were included. Everything came out in bits and pieces. We got 2 orders of wings 10 minutes later we got another order then 5 minutes after bread sticks ECT.... It took over an hour to receive our order in completion. Pizza was completely flavorless and was charged 3$ for 1/2 a topping! Such a disappointment. Spent a lot of money for absolutely nothing.

It had been a while since I have visited. The pizza was ok but not as good as it was before. The staff didn’t seem interested in being there. The bathroom was disgusting. The grime on the door was unbelievable. I would have gone to another place to eat if I saw how dirty it was.

Looks small from the outside, but huge when you actually go inside. A lot of food that you can choose to order. And a lot of desert options. Even baked goods. The same pizza that Rena's in the Olean mall sells. But, the employees don't all seem to be friendly. And wear skimpy clothes in the summer. Overall, worth it.

The sub sandwiches were the worst I have ever tried. One slice of meat and cheese and almost no lettuce or tomato. The portions were small and prices were steep. P.s. I'm pretty sure if you use the bathrooms you'll need to be vaccinated. Oh and the employee that served us talked us right out of the gelato. Unpleasant.

Best pizza in the area hands down. Been going here and the original for decades. The gelato is delicious as well. We go here whenever we come back home to visit. This visit apparently they started charging for parmesan cheese. It's not much but come on Renna's don't start nickel and diming customers.

It was clean and a nice place, the workers were not friendly or helpful. We ordered tangy BBQ wings and got honey mustard. They insisted that it was tangy BBQ n did not fix our order.

I ordered online for delivery and also paid online. They called and said i would have to pick it up cause they couldn't deliver. Went to pick it up and they gave my food to someone else so i had to wait for them to make it again. Got home and it was just a cheese pizza. So i was charged for delivery which they should have refunded. I also added a tip for the delivery guy which ended up being myself which i also was not refunded and for pepperoni and didn't get that either. Terrible experience. I do not plan on returning!!!!

I don't eat meat, didn't order meat, but got meat on my meal. It was incredibly hot with no A/C and there were flies from the doors being open. Things have gone downhill a lot in the last 6 months or so...

Very poor hours. Even with Covid, people eat past 7:00 p.m. Also poor experiences the last couple of visits. Brown lettuce, unfriendly customer service, food just isn’t as good as it used to be. I used to love this place !

Used to be my go to place for pizza when I came home to visit.... Extremely disappointed that not only has the quality gone downhill but the fact you can't even answer your phone during the times YOU set blows my mind. Unsat...
