Renna's West & Mio Gelato Cafe

Pizza was ok sub was good. The pizza does not taste the same something is different last two times I have had pizza here. On another note doesn't seam like the place is being taken care of.

Great customer service, clean, excellent pizza and rigatoni

Twice now I have gotten two extra large pizzas that were burnt. Crust was completely black and charred. For $42 you would think it would be edible. I’ve learned my lesson!!!!

I didn't mind waiting for the food but the guy who was making the pizza's lost his lid everytime the phone rang and a new order came through. He swore every time. Not exactly a healthy environment to be waiting for my food.

Was in town to buy a car (100 miles from home in the Rochester area). I asked the salesman to recommend a pizza place and he sent me here. I had my son and our German exchange student with me. The pizza was excellent and the service fast and friendly. The restaurant is open and airy and clean, with lots of tables. Two thumbs up from the two teenage boys as well. I don't know if I'll ever be in Olean again (it's quite remote), but if I am, I'll try my best to eat here again.

I've been coming here for years and love the pizza but the past few times the crust was sooo thick and the pizza was more just "crust" . I loved the thinner crust that they used to have!

Normally great pizza! I went in early 1135am
Was served 2 slices immediately , not even heated in ther oven. warm,Like warm, and wasn't good.tasted like yesterdays leftover pizza.i addressed it with person making pizza, anf hege hedge and made it this morning. I doubt it.ive had there pizza before, crispy nice. This was soggy in the middle,crust was hard.
10 minutes after I left I was in the toilet!
Never again!!!

The crust... Mmmmmmm.... It's so.... Good... Their sauce is perfect too. I mean perfect... Friendly folks, local, super clean inside, and I haven't had the deserts yet - but whoa! They have a long display filled with pastries and cookies and brownies and GELATO!!! So the name fits too 😁. I highly recommend for folks from Buffalo and Rochester who are in the area to stop by here and grabs slice. If you're local it's a nice place to bring the whole family for dinner. And if you're picky about your pizza and don't like the other options in town - you found your gem. Bon appetit.

Capable of producing good food but their staff is awful. We ordered two fish fry's along with a couple slices of pizza and was told it would be 20 minutes. They were not very busy and we patiently waited in the dining area for our number to be called. We even ordered a dessert to go after waiting for almost 30 minutes. And then after waiting 40 minutes, we noticed that people who ordered well after us were getting food, and the numbers being called were several numbers after ours. When we inquired about our order, they looked around, found it, and gave it to us cold. They said we must have missed them calling the order, even though we were nearby the entire time and paying attention because we were hungry. And they could clearly see us standing around waiting while everyone else was getting food. And a couple of the staff, including the one who took our order, were doing nearly nothing the entire time. The staff did not know how long the food sat there, or when it had been ready, but the fish was luke warm and fries were cold. They could have told us it was ready when we bought the dessert, or if it wasn't ready, checked on the status. But nobody offered anything more than a quick "sorry about that." I like Renna's in the mall, but the staff at Mia Gelato is much slower and clueless.

I'm never disappointed when I visit, my pizza is always perfect. The employees are bery polite, I've never had the feeling of being unwanted from them. So kudos to Rennas. I will return there the next time my family and I are craving pizza.
