Renna's West & Mio Gelato Cafe

I have dreams of the pizza. Close to my home town...this is how pizza should be. I would advocate for one to come up towards Wyoming County. Words can't express how delish it is. They been around for a long damn time and been doing it right the entire time. They do have two locations in Olean...I usually go to the original place in the "mall".

After ordering $47 in food for dine in and asking if it was ok to dine in with 30 minutes till closing time and being told yes thats fine we got a table and the cook made a rude remark of and they park it we got up and left after that every time i come to olean i always stop there for food after this incident i wont be returning

It was FREEZING in there. Had to keep my coat on during dinner and wish I had a hat. Pizza was ok, dough seemed different since last time I was there. Wings were nice and crisp and well sauced.

Great food and friendly staff. Renna's is known for its pizza, but they also have excellent subs and even dinners. They have a great fish fry on Fridays. And of course their gelato and baked goods for dessert are very tasty too. The restaurant has plenty of room for people to be spaced apart too.

Place has gone down hill !!!! Screwed up 3/4 of my order. Cold food and incorrect toppings. Called and they told me that’s just how it is. Terrible serve.

Love rennas and mio gelatos very much however they could be making A LOT more money if they waited to clean the lemonade machine till AFTER the close!!! Love their lemonade however it's 6pm and I can't get lemonade due to them taking care of it for the night they close at 6:45 pm sooo it seems ridiculous to me that they would do that especially because it's a pretty popular drink there !!! Highly recommend it when and if you can get it!

Decided to dine in, and it was probably the worst experience of my life. We showed up at 6:15 and after we ordered $50 worth of food, the cashier said “Just want to let you know, we close at 7, so you should have enough time to eat before then.” We also ordered a pound of boneless wings, and asked for half BBQ and half garlic. Right after the cook said “You know, you can’t order half and half right?!” The cashier then argued back that their shouldn’t be any issue ordering it that way. So we awkwardly sat down and waited for our food to come, which took about 20 minutes which was fine. But at this point, we had less than 20 minutes before they close so we had to rush and eat our food. My father in law went to use the restroom and we were picking up our food, and the cook rudely shouted out “Make sure you pick up your garbage and bring up the tray!!!” I have worked in customer service for 5+ years and I would never treat anyone like that, especially to my customers in a business setting. I will not ever go back here again due to how awful my family and I were treated.

Good pizza at a fair price and friendly staff. Easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. They have tasty wings too. The hot wings are quite hot, but medium might as well be mild. Oh yeah, the gelato is also yummy!

This was my first time ordering with them. I wasn't impressed. (1) Fish Fry: Fish was a decent size but no flavor, the batter was a bit undercooked and tasted like grease. You'd be better off getting your French fries from Burger King as the portion is small and again tasteless aside from grease. (2) Taco Salad: very little meat and cheese. Unevenly cooked. Lettuce was going bad. Did not get my side of sour cream. (3) Pizza Logs: Good, but no side of sauce.

I wanted to love this place because they are close to home. Unfortunately it was a bad first experience.

Although the pizza tastes great, the customer service leaves something to be desired! When I tried to order a pizza, the cashier was very pleasant. However, the man making the pizzas, rolled his eyes, mumbled, and made a comment about making the pizza. He was extremely rude!! I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. It's unfortunate that people like that work there. It is a detriment to the business!
