Safe eating for vegans & celiacs! Best tasting food I've ever had. I moved to Montgomery, NY from Georgia and this is the go-to place for me. Davide UNDERSTANDS dietary restrictions, and you won't be stuck eating "a salad". He is creative, compasionate and SMART. You will eat well, and not leave wondering if you've been glutened. You can relax, eat and probably leave with a new friendship. A great place run by a great person.

I love buying local. It's so nice to walk in the door and be greeted with "Would you like got usual?" They make some of the best lattes and delicious lunches and pastries. Love Java Blue!

My son has EOE and cannot eat gluten & dairy. Java Blue Coffee and Market make phenomenal muffins, breads and cookies that are both free of gluten and free of dairy. They also offer other items like soups, salads, etc that do not contain gluten&dairy. We are so thrilled to have found this gem in Montgomery, NY!! Thank you so much Java Blue!

I love this place! I drive about 35 minutes from Monticello several days a week. The coffee is great, food is great, fresh juice, and a very friendly staff and environment.

The WiFi is strong, so I bring a laptop and get work done at the same time.

David and Rebecca are so accommodating and have become like family. Definitely not just my favorite coffee shop, but one of my favorite places in general.

Stopped off en route from vacation. Had the special, chicken salad, yogurt parfait and mozzarella pesto. All great cakes were also tasty. Great service and banter
