(Updated May 2023) - JAVA BLUE COFFEE in Montgomery, New York should be your destination for a delicious lunch seven days a week. The food choices have never disappointed. Everything has a delicious homemade flavor. Service is fast and very courteous. Prices are moderate. Many times they have live music! (Please see my photo).
Be careful where you park in Montgomery. Make sure you have a good parking spot. It’s worth the trip for a lovely lunch by yourself or with friends. :-)

I often come to Java Blue for a cup of coffee or one of their specialty sandwiches. The quantity of the food is fantastic and you can't get a better cup of coffee. Fresh roasted coffe beans are also available.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. We always feel welcomed every time we come here. We consider ourselves regulars now!

This place is now my spiritual home. Not only is the coffee delicious and the selection generous, but the staff is absolutely darling. The atmosphere is everything a coffee shop should be, and the perfect place to enjoy a quiet moment or to meet a deadline on a project. Definitely the best place to become a regular.

What a lovely local coffee shop! My cappuccino was delicious, and the 2 baristas were super friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. Nice casual atmosphere, clean. They roast their own beans, which you can buy whole or they will grind for you. Most pastries made in house, with gluten free options. It’s street parking, but there is a free municipal parking lot within short walking distance. I will definitely be back!

Everyone was super friendly and the options were great! Decided to try the Irish crème mocha latte and it was delicious. I also got the double chocolate braid and it was AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend. They have a bunch of gluten free options too!

The coffee was so amazing, normally when I get peppermint coffee I can’t taste the peppermint but this coffee was so flavorful and great. The place is very cozy and welcoming, and those cookies are soooooo DAMN GOOD for just 85 cents. JAVA BLUE IS THE BOMB YOU BETTER BE GOING HERE 💣❤️🫶🏼💣❤️🫶🏼❤️💣🎉
