The only tea house by Harney and Sons that you can actually sit and drink some tea as far as I know. You could start by walking around the shop, seeing all the tea options and other cute things and then go have a tea with wonderful scones. There is also an interesting brunch menu that has vegiterian options as well, and sitting and having some calm tea time wont cost you much. Very recommanded

As a long-time Harney & Sons tea fan, I was really looking forward to finally visiting the home store and having their fresh tea straight from the source. My mother and I were there shortly after they opened, and had the cafe room all to our selves. After ordering the tea, I was disappointed to be served with a paper cup, instead of the glassware I've seen other people post about. The staff was really nice, but I was hoping for a different experience, which didn't require a paper cup or having to ask for sugar and cream.

Great tea selection and bar. The gift shop has an amazing selection to choose from. A must stop when in Millerton.

I visited the tea shop when I was in Millerton, NY today. The store was attractive and had many tea offerings. I purchased two bags with sachets of delicious Cranberry Fall tea and Cinnamon Spice tea. The Cinnamon Spice is my absolute favorite, hands down!!!

Great little tea store my husband and I went with another couple that are friends of us. They have a big tea selection. Very cute store. Recommend.

I agree with another reviewer. I wish I could give this more stars. The staff in both the tea tasting and lounge were fantastic. So many wonderful teas and excellent guidance on choosing and understanding the flavor notes. The lunch was a HUGE bonus. Had the breakfast pizza and the apple crisp myself, while a friend had the croque monsieur on special and the scones. Highly recommend and can not wait to visit again!

Absolute FAVORITE tea manufacturer hands down. I live farther upstate, so I usually order online. Free shipping and always gets here super fast (even during the holidays). Their rewards program is awesome. When I had the chance to visit the Millerton store I was like a kid in a candy shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and gracious, the cafe was wonderful (so many vegan options!), and I came home with many goodies. Pro tip to bring your empty tins and fill up in their tasting room, it’s way cheaper! 5 stars always ☕️

Charming tea shop featuring a 250 variety of uniquely flavored teas made to enjoy within the store or to take or enjoy at home .also if you have time you can stop by for lunch there menu has offerings including appetizers soups salads and sandwiches and entrees. I will will update my review when I stop there for lunch .customer service was amazing and very knowledgeable witch made it easy purchasing a gift .

Every species of tea ever grown, as far as I can tell. The gift shop sells every sort of “tea ware” and locally crafted knick-knacks. The restaurant is cozy and its waiters friendly. The foodstuffs are delicious. Bathroom available to customers, and Millerton’s Railroad Plaza offers ample parking.
