This place is THE best! The baristas are super friendly, they even remembered my order from months ago. When I ordered their pour over the gave me extra grinds for FREE which made me like 5 cups of coffee that week! I believe it was AJ, he's awesome! The coffee is delicious and it's a really great atmosphere. Highly recommended. 5 stars. ☆☆☆☆☆

Beautiful and cozy environment with lots of books and the perfect music to get some work done. The wifi was speedy and it wasn’t crowded during midday. The baristas were very friendly. The only downside is that the bathroom is very poorly lit, which is an accessibility issue. Still, I’d definitely return.

Great atmosphere and great coffee. They had some muffin samples, which I wish were stored under glass; offered and given by an employee instead of being openly by the registers. IMO, The seating can be slightly improved, by having smaller metal tables instead of the large one on the right side of the establishment.

The staff really makes the place shine... It feels more like a neighborhood spot, all I'm missing while sipping my delicious coffee is my version of Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Chandler and Joey (I'm obviously Ross, bc he gets Rachel, LMAO 🤣).

Who doesn't want a great coffee experience with good people, vibes and music.

Visiting the area and stopped by this Ground Central Coffee 9/15 around 1:50pm for a cold beverage. The interior is very lovely and nicely done and so is the attention to detail. There were two staff working - a female and a tall male. The female(name on receipt Etienne) who processed my payment and order is the reason for the 2-Star rating instead of a 5. Her customer service was unacceptable. She had a somewhat distracted, bothered, disinterested, and distant disposition. When it came time to leave the tip on the screen, the tone of her voice when she verbally directed me to select an option on the screen was tinged with attitude and disrespect. If it weren't for the lovely interior and the pleasant and friendly male staff I'd give this outfit a 1-Star. A smile doesn't cost anything but brings many rewards. Management needs to counsel this employee on the importance of good customer service.

Unless you are looking for a place to do your algebra homework, look for coffee elsewhere. Pretty sure the baristas are in high school and have yet to go through the chemistry class that teaches the boiling point of water. Was really hoping that the coffee would taste as good as the place looks. But this place will remind you not to judge a book by its cover.

Staff was super helpful and nice, my iced latte was delicious, and they warmed up and cut up our pastries split with our kids- yum almond croissant and peanut banana honey toast- great ambience - loved

Fantastic local to NY coffee chain. Great spot to chill, have a latte, snack, and get some work done. The people who come here are pretty cool and you can have some interesting conversations. Lots of artists, events, open mic nights, etc. Perfect hangout spot for us sober folks 👍

The coffee and the rosemary biscuit was great. Would definitely come here more if I lived closer
