Great place and awesome tea. The environment and staff are welcoming. It's pricey so avoid if you're not looking to spend 30% more for the same drink, dessert or snack. Worth it to not have to go to Austin Street and stay out of Starbucks

Love spending time here. The coffee and the service is great. You'll see repeating customers here. I love doing my school work here. It's a great place to spend quality time.

Even before l moved to the neighborhood I used to visit this establishment. The cappuccino is my favorite. This morning was very busy and I was very disappointed. An older couple ordered a very simple breakfast and after waiting for approximately 15 minutes, the wife asked the cashier how long is the wait and she was told it’s going to be a while, she then explained her husband has an appointment and they don’t have much time. The insensitive cashier went on to tell them if you need fast food go to Dunkin Donuts. Long story short it wasn’t professional and a lot of customers spoke poorly of the cashier. Have you no consideration for older people and what’s up with your customer service.

The food is too expensive and is mediocre. The coffee is just okay. But the thing I like least is the music they play, it’s awful. With my headphones on it’s an okay place to get some work done. But I only go here when Roast and Co is closed.

Gluten free carrot cake was delish. I'm allergic. The prices were INSANE. The person I was w got a cheese danish which he said was literally the best he ever had. Overpriced tho

In regards to the comment below, i believe that review is very one sided. I witnessed. The establishment was extremely busy at the time the order was place. The cashier explained to the customer that there will be wait a time. The customer continued to escalate and be rude to all the employees who were working hard in delivering services to the customers. The employees were actually very patient with the customer while attending to the busy floor. Ive been coming here for months, food is great and service is great.

Very expensive and not worth the money. Although they didn't rush you and the a/c was working still not worth the cost. Bring your glasses, menu board hard to read and confusing. Customer service was fine, food was not.

This is everything you want in a local coffee shop.
First, of course, the basic brew is solid and consistent. I think their iced coffee is pretty good, and though I'm not a fan of tea I appreciate the large selection. I have yet to try the espresso docks but that's really not my thing anyway. More important for me, the comes off sweets is the best around for any cafe, trust me. Cookies and probably other items are from the very popular local chain Martha's Country Bakery.
I have always had friendly service at the counter. Again I've never needed a fancy drink made for me, but I'm totally happy with the person-to-person.
Lovely layout and furniture. Perfect level of some customers but with space always available. Varied seating options, from areas near the large sunny south-facing window to smaller areas farther away, high stools and chairs.
Pickup a drink and a cookie and have a walk to Forest Park just a block away!

Great place to chill, have a coffee and a snack. The barista that waited on me was really nice and helpful. Coffee was decent and fresh. I had a chocolate croissant that tasted like it was on its last day, but it wasn't bad, just not fresh anymore, lol.

I dont come here often but the drinks are good, coffees and iced teas. I also had a sandwich here, they have vegetarian options. It was good, nothing crazy
