Such a proper coffee house. Warm and welcoming environment with some of the best coffee I have had in a very long time. I will be stopping in again

Locally owned business and it's awesome. It's a coffee house, music and art school. I stopped here for a cup of coffee and the owner "Aria" was so down to earth and welcoming that my son is now taking piano lessons here as well. They have live music some nights and have an outside deck to relax on during the spring,fall and summer.

You have to try their homemade hot chocolate on a cold winter night.

The New Roots Coffeehouse is a very nice and quiet place to drink your favorite coffee and enjoy the amazing view outside.The customers service is very friendly and professional.

Awesome find. I drive by here all the time and I wish I had checked this place out sooner. I had my first new roots experience today and I was quite satisfied. They serve finger lakes coffee which is excellent, and the barista was very nice and gave me the run through since I mentioned it was my first time there. The I nside is so quaint and cozy you could easily spend a few hours in there. Everything is very clean and has that nice rustic feel of a good coffee shop. They've definitely won my business!

Came here not too long ago with a friend of mine. She had suggested this place as I've never been here before. Loved the atmosphere and the coffee too!

Delicious and Friendly. I've stopped in several time since they opened and tried both plain and flavored coffees - all have been excellent, smooth, and never bitter. Strength is medium - perfect for my tastes. Chairs, tables, and new rear deck - all nice.

Tonite I picked up a pound of Raspberry Chocolate Cream beans - so I can get some
New Roots at home too!

Adorable place, friendly staff delicious food and drinks

I went to New Roots for the first time recently and I was highly impressed! I don't often sit down for coffee, mostly because I don't like the feeling of others impeeding on my conversations. This wasn't an issue at all! When I walked in the atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming. The barista was knowledgeable in what she was serving and what it tasted like. This helped me make a quick, decisive decision in the coffee I wanted. All additives were easily accessible with no line or mess.

Probably my favorite part of the experience was that there were multiple rooms and tables for people to sit at to talk and drink their beverages. It wasn't cramped and at no point did I feel like I was competing to have my conversations. I would absolutely go back to New Roots!!

We visit New Roots almost weekly. It's one of the last mom and pop, privately owned coffee shops in Greece. The baristas and owners actually care about their customers. I found it not long after it opened and highly recommend a visit. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff are things you'll never see in a chain coffee shop.

Exactly what this area needed. I was so impressed with the place alone but that coffee is just incredible. A small company who's very dedicated to our men and women who have and are still serving our country. Very friendly kind and patient staff
