I’d give zero stars if I could. Stood outside with another customer while whoever was working refused to talk to us or even just write a note. Everyone was wearing masks. She just kept knocking on window and waving hands at us. Extremely rude way to deal with anyone, whether you are working or not. I am still extremely weirded out by that whole interaction. Ugh.

Woman was unnecessarily rude and refused service to the group of 5 because one momentarily had mask below nose. Very condescending and treats customers like they are stupid. Would not recommend, someone like this doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.

The owner should consider another business. She is rude and the freezer burnt ice cream was gross. When people on the ferry say she’s horrible it’s all true.

Family-friendly place for delicious ice cream or sandwiches made to order! Great service with a smile 😃.

KAREN WARNING ⚠️
She makes you put on a mask and is very rude,Trash milkshakes I would rather drink some milk also they don’t even have vanilla overall 0 star experience but I’ll give you one star because you can’t even write a zero star

i ordered 2 sandwiches that cost $32 dollars and i have been waiting for at least 22 min.. still no food. I hope they will either invest on a gas stove (since they seem to be cooking with fire and wood ) or in customer service.

Don’t waste your time going to this place, customer service is terrible. Wanted to visit some local places to support businesses during these tough Covid-19 times but the woman at window is so rude and mean that we decided not to leave and go to the next town for ice cream to support a business who is nice to the public.

A chocolate milkshake was $7.50, my husband gave a $1 tip! What the fudge! Ok, the shake was good but way to pricey! Going to Stewarts for $3.99 for the same milkshake!

Very nice and cozy place. The only unfortunate surprise is that they serve Hershey ice cream. With so many farms in the area, we really hoped to try out some local ice cream.

Tasty ice cream, nice people, but a bit pricey
