Great coffee and atmosphere. The owners are so personable and the pastries are great too. My partner and I stopped here when we stayed at the Getaway house. This is definitely a stop you should make when you are in the area.

Excellent coffee and knowledgeable, friendly owners busting their butt to turn out a great product. Pastries were wonderful and homemade. Hung out for awhile, nice seating and great vibe. Don't forget to notice the awesome Madeline wallpaper in the bathroom lolol..will be going back for sure!

Stopped by Red Star to get a matcha latte and cappuccino. Both were delicious. Really excited to see a cute coffee shop open up in the neighborhood. The storefront and decor are beautiful and the owners are very friendly. We look forward to our next visit!

Classic neighborhood coffee house in a small town country setting. Stopped by on my way to Roundtop and I was not disappointed. Great cup of coffee, friendly atmosphere and owners who are at the counter and happy to say hello. Wonderful addition to Cairo

A gem. The pastries are delicious, the almond croissant is the best croissant I've had. Buttery, sweet, flaky. Well worth the five stars. The owners so very nice.

Amazing staff/owners. Super cool and the pastries are superlicious! And it doesn’t much cuter than getting a mini size madeleine with my sweet cream foam cold brew.
