Really loved this coffee shop!! I find it difficult to find coffee shops that have couches, a nice ambiance, healthy bites, nice staff, and good coffee. I was really impressed with this place. We got a regular coffee, a red eye, and a peanut butter bar. They have stevia too which is awesome. They also had pumpkin coffee drinks and soups that sounded delicious. If it wasnt a cold day I would’ve gotten one of their acai bowls as well. They have a great selection and vibe!!

Ever had a raspberry lavender matcha latte? Neither have I till today and it’s HEAVENLY!! The lovely lady at the counter was so kind recommending something for me to try when I was clearly clueless about ordering. I haven’t been to the Bayshore Bean since the turnover of management, but it’s just as cozy and lovely as ever. A delicious, neighborhood rest stop with warm vibes and a relaxed atmosphere.

Nice corner coffee shop. Plenty of seating in the back to study, to meet up, etc. Large selection of drinks and some food also. Prices are good.

I loved the place until now. I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but I can’t stop thinking about this experience.

I went to this coffee shop to go study and I was doing some lab reports when one of the workers came up to me and said “I’m sorry for interrupting but if you want to work here you have to buy something”. She said it in a very condescending tone but i figured that was just my interpretation. i went up to order something and they were glaring at me. i don’t understand why but they were not just staring at me they were looking at me with a scowl. They took my order and left it there. they didn’t ask me for my name or anything. they were normal with the other customers but they were rude to me. and i kind of regret buying more stuff there for my brother.

i’m going to say i’m not coming back. this experience just gives me a lot of anxiety and coming into this place worries me that those two girls will be there.

i get that it’s store policy but there was no reassuring smile or anything. no thank you no have a good day. just a scowl. i don’t even understand why they were still upset if i bought something?

Everyone loves coffee. Easy to stop in and have a hot cup. Luke warm and bitter, not the best. But loved the seating and free WiFi.

I love this coffee shop. It's super friendly, the coffee and snacks are amazing, and the pricing is very reasonable for Long Island. I met a wonderful woman, Caitlyn, who told me she was the owner. She's the sweetest and funniest person I've met! Excellent customer service and really knows how to run a business because everytime I stop by for my latte the place is booming. If I could give more than 5 stars I really really would. Wonderful people and a delicious menu.

Awesome corner location in the heart of Bay Shore. Ambiance in the store is great and the customer service from the baristas is warm and welcoming including that from Sonia. Highly recommend to grab a friend and enjoy a nice conversation over some delicious drinks

i don’t like giving bad reviews but this is an exception. the barista that took our order got confused (which is totally ok) and tried to clarify our order. nothing wrong there, i wouldn’t say our order was complicated but it took me a second to figure out what i wanted. when she handed us our coffee, she mixed up the sizes. i guess i looked confused and she asked if something was wrong. i pointed out the mix up and tried to say it was fine, but she grabbed my coffee from me and was blaming us for the problem, saying we “confused her” with a very rude attitude. she then refused to respond during the payment transaction and walked away when i thanked her for her service. there were two other employees that were also working and neither said anything to us or apologized about her behavior, which they obviously noticed because they talked about her attitude after her shift was over. the coffee had absolutely no flavor and tasted awful. while the ambiance is nice, the seating is extremely uncomfortable and makes it difficult to try and study or get work done. this was definitely was one of the worst places i’ve been for coffee, in terms of both quality of service and quality of food/drink.
