The morning is the best time to stop by for a cup and a good laugh with their staff and the hilarious people that walk in. Calling their loyal daily customers "regulars" is irregular. They all add to the unique blend of humor and it's never a dull moment! Come in, have a cup, and enjoy what can be the great makings of a reality show!

I like the atmosphere, the seating, and the selection of drinks and snacks. The prices are a little high and the staff semi- frequently engage in loud conversion that isn't work appropriate with customers around. I'm sure when the owners are around it's a touch different. Nice place, overall.

Choices are great and so good! Staff is super helpful and friendly, and music is perfect for the atmosphere. They sang Happy Birthday to my 6 year old granddaughter.

I like their iced coffee, which is reasonably priced, but their pastries are extremely expensive. They have a rainbow cookie small loaf cake that's 7 or 7.50. It should be half that, but someone really needs to tell them about customer service. They have an outdoor window, so you can place an order wo coming inside. You can stand there forever wo them acknowledging you. I left today and a few months ago I walked away. I noticed another gentleman recently drive up, walk to the window, and get back in his car and drive away after being ignored. Just once, someone said I'll be right with you. Whenever you go to Starbucks, they always greet you right away. That means a lot. Even though you have to wait, they acknowlede you. Here at Bay Shore Bean, you stand for minutes on end, wondering if or when you'll be helped. If this continues, I'm going to have to stop going. I want to make a note that there is a friendly young black woman that works here. She's not one of the ones that ignores me.

One of my favorite cafes on Long Island, has pretty good coffee but the real reason to come is the variety. This cafe offers non dairy milks, cold brews, cakes, wraps, juice, smoothies, acai bowls, and also sells local cookies, honey and peanut butter. Staff is friendly and interior is beautiful. Also open late and has live music

Brusque, distracted staff. Redeeming atmosphere. Good coffee. Decent chai.
Front end staff did not make me feel welcomed on arrival and that colors the visit for me as a whole. However, the atmosphere as a place to sit and work was nice and quiet for focused effort.
The chai was not bad.

Tried this place for the first time and the coffee was just too good. I got an iced hazelnut macchiato with foam with an everything bagel. I ran through it like it was nothing. I found myself craving another but the line grew out of thin air! Takes some time but it’s worth it. Thank you guys!

Adorable little coffee shop. Food and coffee are insanely delicious. I go every so often on Tuesday for The Muse (open mic)... so much fun. Great crowd. Great staff. Definitely going back
