We loved the food but for the price there should be a bit more. Both times there was quite a wait for our food after ordering. If you are in a rush or just don't want to wait around, this might not be the best choice. Coffee options taste great but definitely on the small side.

I love this cute little gem in TorC! Cozy spot to read, do homework or work while sipping good coffee. I haven't had much of their food though I hear great things from most people. As a local, I go here at least twice a week. It's small and can be overwhelming when there is a lot of people, so snag a good seat while it's open! I love that I get to support local business and people by going here! It's also great people watching and draws in a lot of diversity! Hope that's not too creepy to say but it's true!!

Prices are to PIE for, (see what I did there), anyway great drinks, cute cozy style dining area. My wife loved their Mocha Latte and their House Coffee was aromatic and blissful all the way down to my tummy. Will definitely stop by again.

Nice staff, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent food. I had a veggie croissant sandwich that I look forward to having again next time.
Update May 2018: Passion Pie continues to be one of my favorite cafes. I thought the veggie melt sandwich couldn't get any better, but this time I was offered the addition of green chiles and I fell in love all over again. Also, the pleasantly friendly girl at the counter somehow looked into my soul and recommended I try the salted caramel apple bread pudding. As an enthusiast and self-proclaimed connoisseur of bread pudding, I could NOT pass it up. This turned out to be the best bread pudding I've ever had in my life.

I live in Rio rancho and try to get to t or c once a year to soak in the hot springs. While there I never miss a visit to passion pie for a great hearty breakfast. Awesome waffles and great breakfast tacos plus a full coffee and espresso bar!

Where to begin? Anyone who doesn't stop here for pie should be evaluated for insanity. The best pie you have ever had. And that's just the start. Excellent coffee, including specialty. Local art for sale. Is there a contest to see who can be the coolest, kindest, most generous shop in the state? I think this shop wins. The lovely young lady who served us was just amazing. Really, friend. Just stop here. Just do.

they make their own delicious baked goods, great Coffees and mango Lassis, plus lunch menu -all fresh Real ingredients, even good choices for gluten free or vegan. a MUST STOP for I-25 drives for Real Food as t or c is easy enough to navigate and this is a sweet Oasis. A yummy little place, locally owned and operated, nice staff. go there. eat a second pastry for me.

$30 for two coffees and waffles. The person behind the counter couldn't handle three orders and mixed them all up. They're rude, over priced, and you can't even sit inside. Absolute dumpster fire of a restaurant.

Passion Pie was a great stop for our honeymoon road trip. The breakfast was amazing and we'll portioned. My husband and I shared the Fat Elvis waffle and a croissant breakfast sandwich. Along with a Chai Latte and Orange Dream. There is artwork everywhere and it's filled with the smell of fresh pastries. This is a must visit.

Great food, absolutely terrible business. For starters, if anyone in front of you in line orders a drink you might as well leave ‘cause you will be waiting FOREVER. The first time I tried to order something I waited in line 20 minutes just to get to the front of the line. There were only 3 people in front of me. The wait didn’t end there, I stood at the front of the line a while longer with no acknowledgement of my presence and finally gave up because I was starving. The second time I finally got food, somewhat long wait but worth it. Third time, waited 15 minutes while the person taking orders made four drinks and then tended to the person in front of me. It was 1:30pm and I hadn’t eaten all day, so I was looking forward to a good meal. But did I get one? NO, because despite the kitchen having a sign stating it was open until 2:45pm, they had closed it early with no warning, despite there being plenty of staff on hand. This place is an absolute joke of a business. Why is one person taking orders and making drinks? How do you stay in business while being so HORIRIBLY inefficient??
