This place is unreal. The chocolate mouse is to die for… what a wonderful discovery in Taos!!

Stopped in while exploring the Taos Plaza. It’s a beautiful experience..... I had the lavender sipping chocolate, the ginger chocolate mousse and the lavender chocolate caramel. I thought it would all be too rich together but the flavors are gentle and lovely.

Amazing chocolate! We did the tasting trio with the lemon-ginger mousse, Madagascar mousse, and Venezuelan sipping chocolate. All great, but the lemon-ginger mousse was surprising, refreshing, and probably changed me in ways I've yet to truly understand. We also purchased a variety bon bon for the road all of which were wonderful.

The staff was genuinely polite and extremely helpful.

Highly recommended if you're in Taos.

This was my first bean to bar experience and I was not disappointed! I was surprised at how flavorful each bite was. The bar we tried said that there would be hints or tones of coffee, berries and jam and by golly there were. Super delicious!

Tasty European style hot chocolate

They can do no wrong here. Between the three of us who went, I had the no-sugar added mousse, Aztec hot chocolate, and chocolate chip cookie, and I could have died a happy woman immediately after. The service (thank you Leah!) was also outstanding.

Love their chocolates!! I tried the rosemary caramel bon bon and my husband had the almond Florentine. Wow!! If I could have the drinking chocolates without hating myself later I'm sure they would've been mind blowing! And they use all organic ingredients. So tasty!!

Absolutely the best chocolate I have ever had. I bring everyone who comes to visit there and they fall in love with the chocolate too. Mousses, ice cream, sorbet, bon bons, pastries, vegan and gluten free choices also, espresso drinks, cold brew, and their bean-to-bar chocolate bars: second to none. Organic ingredients. Cacao beans bought directly from the farmers, from all over the world. Amazing! The owners are delightful, as well as the staff. Truly a Taos treasure.
