Service was terrible! Took 20 minutes just to get a dipped ice cream cone at the drive thru. This photo was the end result. Not much else to say. What a joke!

No sweet tea ... what DQ does not have sweet tea? Order was wrong and meat was like rubber.

Went in to eat, but I was turned off there is a awful smell in this restaurant its ridiculous, I guess the workers are use to it, because they just sitting there like it's ok.... it smells like something dead and Flys flying everywhere.... this is not good at all and store needs an upgrade bad

Air conditioner is broken and has been for at least 2 weeks. No chip reader at register. Employee swiped my card and says this don't work despite me just using it next door. The main entrance doors were filthy. Avoid this one!

Stopped in a 36 ft. motorhome towing a car and it was pretty tight but we got in and out. My chicken sandwich was a little tough.

You can tell this place is really understaffed. The air conditioning was out and the inside of the restaurant was really warm. I wound up just eating out in my car because it was a lot cooler. This place really needs to get their maintenance program under control other than that, the staff Did an excellent job in fulfilling my order so most of the problems here are management level problems

I would never recommend this place!!! The food might have been good, had we not waited so long for it and receiving it cold or melted(the blast and peanut parfait). Going through the drive thru we never thought we would be there for 45 minuets. The young male employee who was extremely rude to Fred the general manager(who seemed like he was lost and confused) and cheating the customers out of money and food and making faces and speaking disrespectful to his boss saying your to old and making jokes right behind him and admitting he forgot to add what another customer had paid for then saying "oh well guess she is not getting it" and laughing instead of adding it or making another. When they finally brought my food there was a french fry missing I told this same disrespectful worker we was missing a fry he said oh you wanted two? I replied yes that's why I bought two he replied I'll be right back. He never returned. So I went inside and he then again said I thought you didn't want them infront of Fred (the poor lost general manager) I called corporate I really hope they look into this situation. Its a shame to see and be treated this way when we could have gone to a fancy restaurant for the same price and we would have gotten better service and food. If corporate takes no interest in the way there name is being portrayed then they will loose a lot of good customers . These workers at this location makes DQ look and taste bad. I would never recommend this place to anyone Bad service and expensive for what you get.
